more tips:
1, you don't actually have to move the plaster or the paint around just click and hold on the object. it auto paints/plasters the area
2, 2:20 that either sewing/steamer(iron) spot you need the needle/steamer[Iron) for that
3, 620: correct higher trade level means you unlock being able to buy/rent different buildings. Repair is for tools, Stamina is for vehicles

13:30 no one is going to come because you never click on the sign to open up shop Lol nothing to do with having prices maxed but ya having prices on max increase trader XP so not only so you get more money you also level up faster
Also max prices isn't over priced its actually what the prices should be you have been under selling everything Lol (thats why you get people paying more then the price you listed LOL)

lol they must took that metal detector out in update and now get it elsewhere or maybe diferent world generator cause there was a metal detector on bench at playground and as far as what was in draw under bed in camper was sewing kit and iron and screwdriver set for me

It's back! The weird (even for weird trading sim games) yard sale simulator! 2:28 wait, is that a rip on the chair (see thread later?) BTW, "hold" may not be "click." 16:19 + Umm, "Lower" prices are to the *left* You then *raised* the prices (I even double checked.) 21:35 was going to yell to ya about opening but knew you'd catch it. 24:10 remember the woman who humped your trailer after the sale? *She* bought your chair! 28:19 Technically it's "Lavender Pink" but amazing you could sorta see purple and pink if you have colorblindness! 28:43 Yep that one's violet! (And if you're going to dumpster dive at least go to the *dump* also and go home by around 19:00 (And the box is portable storage. ) Autograph was hidden until you revealed it. Keep playing Grill, you're good at it!
