Apple & Walnut Chicken Salad

My favorite cold lunch and 1 chicken makes a few days of meals!
1 full chicken, I use lemon pepper. And i start with a cold chicken.
Red delicious apples, chopped
Celery, chopped
Chopped walnuts
Mayonnaise
Pink salt & black pepper.
To keep the apples from over browning too quickly, you can sprinkle some lemon juice over the chopped pieces.
