Troy keeps doing more and more videos on the fisks hero mod but he still won't give us the series it's been almost 4 months

It takes a while to set up a series with other people that live in other area's.
It’s because he’s in the middle of a series rn
I believe instant transmission actually works two ways either visualize a location you've been and know thoroughly and you can go there or locate and teleport to a ki signature you can sense
Goku needed gohan to power up for goku to sense his enerhy and insta trasmit there when frieza was revived and goku was on beerus's planet
You are correct but goku hasn't mastered instant transmission to do that

In the Manga he can teleport to planets or locations he has been pretty easily so
3:53 you can move the mob away or bring it closer with the mouse wheel

Also the dev could do something similar to the omnitrix where you cycle through a list of different options to transform into.

It doesn't work due to the fisks mod being a 1.7 mod while the butter jaffa quest is a 1.16.5 modpack

You're aren't entirely wrong Butter, Instant Transmission allows goku to transport to places where he can sense people. For example Goku used instant transmission to teleport to broly after their fight. Though it's also been showcased that instant transmission can be used to teleport where the user can see. For example in the tournament of power arc a yardrat used instant transmission to teleport around gohan and beat him up.
