The similarities between Saitama and Hammerhead are many.
As Saitama said at the end of the episode he could have been like them.
He has an overwhelming power, he just want to have fun (and don't work), he is bald, exactly as the Paradisers.
He simply kept fighting bad guy/monsters, despite it gives him anything (no emotions, no prizes, no fame).

I suggest you Ladies to see season 2 series for more interesting scenes, where you can find "KING". He is the true creator of one punch man series. Everyone thinks he has greater power than saitama and his face looks more scary. But truly he's as coward as he looks.

The bike guy's hero name translates to something like Licenseless Rider. So basically he just doesn't have a driver's license and has to get everywhere on his bike because of that.
