I Need create column to substract amount column from tax column , if result in frist row negative then sum it on second row in amount column and repeat steps till reach positive value

If the result of formula for the first two row become negative, what should be presented in these two rows for the new column?

@@PowerMquery i want create net column contains substract between amount column and tax column,, when deduct tax value from amount if result value is negative then deduct the remaining from second row in amount column and repeat steps till deduct all tax from amount row by row
in case tax reach zero then put value in amount column
