I’ve just started playing new world yesterday. After watching tons of videos you sir have inspired me to play musket. Since you have a pvp build would you ever do a pve? Or what would you recommend?
When PvEing I typically use the same setup but rely more on the rapier as it has crazy good dps. I would say using the evade, repost, and with fletch or flurry ability would be the way to go
Next challenge: 1k doubloons with 16 con build. Let’s see it! I won a clean 1v3 in citadel running 16 con the other day. The 25/350/300. You gotta be really calculated strategically but almost no one can take the damage. 25 con is good too. Lot’s of crouching 😂
I want the Hoplite Musket so bad but I am anxious about getting into a Gorgon's raid lol. Haven't even tried it yet. I run a 16 con build do insane damage but I am still running Syncretic Musket
Go jump in some pub matches. Get some experience w the 2nd boss. Then try to play with some other vets. I was nervous too, sucked at my first try. Now we clear weekly! Go do it, it’s ok to be bad at first
1st boss is fun and not hard when you learn the mechanics. 2nd boss can be cancer if your group isn’t focusing corvids or dealing with the red circles or eye etc but the third boss is just free loot.
Poor casuals just trying to either get their coconut or level up their powerstone and this musket aimbot douchebag with illegal hit detection kills them from 2 miles away lol.
Well why dont they fight back ? ... Maybe they know they ar bad at pvp (like me) and on this island only the hardcore pvp players fight. Better to just try running or just stand and die its the same anyway ( at least for me🥲).

i play in 200ms ping. so this build is no go for me. I'm not enjoying pvp content on that ping. i need to change my geography!

Actually the reason most don't fight in the island is because its not worth it. I only go to gather and coconuts.
PvP however is just practice.
