Excellent choice of guest. Shahood had many useful insights to share for both Middle East-based and Pakistani listeners. It's a pity, however, that we could not see Shahood's face. First we see the TBT Community shut down, then the Discord never opened up, and now these technical issues not caught for almost 2 hours of recording. Don't go downhill, go uphill and improve. Give due respect to your guests and listeners. Good luck.
Very insightful. A very practical take on the subject! Thanks Shahood. Muzammil I have to ask for a favour (and this is the very first time i am doing that to a broadcaster). Please have a podcast on what are the legal options for foreigners (entrepreneurs and startups) on settling down in Saudi or UAE? You know all the practical aspects (costs, family, education, medical etc.). Keep up the good work! Good luck in UAE, this will prove to be the best business decision you made!
The second part of the podcast was quite informative as compared to the first part. I would like to suggest to Muzammil that majority of his work had been towards the IT sector. As now he has been broadcasting from UAE it will be really great to get the variety of guests from Sectors like AVIATION, MARINE, LAW/LEGAL, SPORTS(FOOTBALL FRANCHISE OWNERS), EDUCATION and other variety of guests. Moreover the guest list should be diversified as to cater other countries as well making the full of UAE as the diversified nation. This will further enhance/broaden the horizon of your existing pakistani audience + attracts the other nation viewers as well. Moreover podcast can be done in English with the Urdu subtitles for the guests of other languages. Keep up the hard work!
A very good Podcast.. However now you're in Dubai I know for a fact they're alot of Indian CEO's and successful people there, why you don't call them on your podcast it would be amazing
@@lavedadean I do get that but diversifying the podcast is good, I feel like we can learn from everyone, including Indian and other Western entrepreneurs alike
At 1:31:25, I just gave entry tests of most of the famous universities in pakistan for bscs. Merit dor cs was from 70% to 80% on the other hand mechanical and electrical waghera were on 45% to 60%. Even in Air university For EE Seats haven't filled.
Thanks to the host and guest for an eye opening and informative discussion. Soft skills and empathy is definitely an area of improvement at all levels.
1:41:17 Muzamil Bhai your right but many don't understand this agr koi iskany ko razi ha to dosra hr din koi new sceme la ata ha(short term success kalia) noone is ready to wait and learn in the first place
Good to see you here on the podcast shahood, you were our senior in NED. The dean was a disaster and so true about the teachers! I wish our educational institutions offered better quality of education. Way to go!
I am currently doing BS In Computer Science and I want to pursue my career professionally. I am currently learning some skills but main problem is that I don't Know where to practice these skills practically in a professional environment
Let's not have one dimensional approach in finding Pakistani suffering solution thru web apps. AI /ML/DL and AR/VR are the new careers with many inspirational stories world around.
But still big tech companies require core competencies in basic cs course like data structures and algorithm, no matter whether you are applying for advanced computer vision jobs....this is coming from someone who got rejected twice on toptal, even by having advanced mathematics and statistics concept which can only learn in high end masters and PhD classes and with a very stronghold on python libraries like tensorflow and pytorch...but later found out that my dsa’s concept was not up to mark of that big unicorn of Silicon Valley....so ml concepts are secondary when applying to any ai ml jobs, your hardcore data structures knowledge always make the difference
really no one works in C these days😮, how about AI and ML all algorithms written in C/C++ with Python as wrapper. Pity to see our youth focusing only on web apps. And UET Lahore and NED grads in 90s were best in the class, though studied under same circumstances

An amazing podcast.

I agree I'm up for that
Tbt is not Indian but a Pakistani podcast and the main narrative is to promote Pakistani businesses.
