Lol, the pizza guy is just sad. I felt that.
yeah, i know that feeling, and it really really sucks. but he still better have brought her a new pizza afterwards. mistakes happen, and we all make them, but we still have to take responsibility for them. i hope he called the store himself and asked for a new pizza from her, so that she didn't have to do it and be called a karen.
but when i worked in food service, my manager was pretty good about not taking mistakes out of my paycheck, but in a case like this, if the manager was an ass, the guy should just suck it up and pay for it. gotta right your own wrongs, even if you need help from others to do so.
He needs a friend.

that's 2 cars that need repair, not even just one. could be 5000 of repair work. for most families, even upper middle class, that's an extraordinary amount of money to have to come up with on the spot. i don't think insurance would cover it either, maybe.
