Charlie Birger - The Last Public Hanging in Illinois (1992 WSIL Story)

This video was provided by Mark Motsinger, grandson of Virgil Motsinger. In 1992, Terry Caldwell with WSIL TV did a couple of news segments on Charlie Birger history, including his public hanging in 1928. The segments were called "The Last Public Hanging in Illinois - The Story of the infamous Charlie Birger Gang".
