Tanjiro's face when he figures it out is hilarious -
Fight wise, I think Zenitsu's got an Edge, considering he can move at the speed of light when he *first* becomes a demon slayer, meaning he could move faster as he progressed through life, and as Zenitsu gets older, he will become less cowardly (naturally) and be capable of fighting consciously as well. Not to mention Zenitsu's hearing is so on-point he could practically hear thoughts if they were close enough.
We already see Tengen at the height of his career, so we already know everything he can do, and we also know he is left-handed, which makes his sword strikes stronger (Canonically all samurai were trained right-handed techniques even if they were left-handed, thus those left-handed would have a stronger swing) He uses Nunchuck swords, which attack faster, and he is the Hashira of sound (which, more accurately, he can feel the vibrations of any sound wave, sorta like echo-location) so he could hear any and all attacks coming from a mile away. Not to mention he also uses Smoke grenades to masque himself and is of royal blood, making him biologically stronger and faster than the average Joe.
If there was a world where Zenitsu and Tengen were at the same age and required a duel to see who'd become the next hashira, I think Zenitsu would win by a nose hair.

I think Uzui by the time of the Entertainment District. By his time when he fought against Kaigaku I think Zenitsu can win with a strike, due to him being FASTTTTTTTT as hell. But then again, I think Uzui and Zenitsu are able to match each other. Uzui with strategy, alongside destructive capabilities, and Zenitsu with speed and power alongside percision.
