Händel - Fugue in C Minor, HWV 610, Organ

The last of George Frideric Händel's collection of "Six Fugues for the Harpsichord or the Organ" HWV 605-610, published in 1735.
There is nothing quite like Händel. The constant dialogue between the four voices, the subject coming from everywhere, but always feeling fresh, with new combinations and harmonies, always natural and effortless but also grand... He was such a master.
Recorded on Werkmeister III temperament, a common choice of historical tuning for baroque music, in October 2024.
