While doing W rising +1,1, is it guaranteed to hit the chain if the first hit connects? I'm not sure because everyone i face gets hit by it.
The chain is only guaranteed if the first hit is a counter hit
they can duck if its not ch, but ws 1,2 is guaranteed if 1 connects
