He tried making changes to Edward's character in the movie through his acting and/or through critiques (i think). A normal person will see a trailer and either be like, "i wanna go see that", or "I don't think that looks interesting." But these anti woke crusaders go out of their way to shit on anything that could possibly have a hint of what they think is woke in it without even ever seeing the movie.
