Om Shanti. Sr Jayanti. Really feeling sort of difference after listening to you. I need to really work hard to maintain this state of mind constantly. I want to avoid so many reservations in my life and divert this soul's chariot towards getting into the final destination. I do remember God while cooking and doing other stuffs. But it is also true that at times I miss it when in hurry. I feel sad when I realize it.
    Om Shanti.

Your comment is interesting. I feel as you do about living your life going after what you want. However, some people not only want to attain their goals, but they also can benefit from meditation. In other words, you can do both. But you're right in that just doing nothing but sitting in silence wouldn't work for most of us. I myself wouldn't be happy with that. It's something you ADD to your life, not eliminate everything else for.

all my enthusiasm to learn new thing had stopped after listening to Spiritual Knowledge, because whatever I tried to do I always check my intention first..Before listening to the Brahma Kumari, we never know that if we are happy, contentment or not...I really don't know what to do as I almost listen to the BK knowledge for 1 year, and as you said that Spiritual Maturity makes easy to achieve Material things..

thinking of the chariateer who's eyes gaze in at the soul, also should the flesh grope for the soul, and the life of a soul seek its own approval in accordance with 1john 2v16. Thank you for contributing to that insight

I appreciate the video and want to watch it again; it puts me in a calm place. However, at 40:00 on, the meditation is so choppy that I can't make out the voice. The annoying popup comes up "experiencing interruptions?". I've tried it 4 times and in different browsers. I think someone has hacked this beautiful video. OM Shanti

The silent mind? Hm. The mind is always active in some pursuit, but the real means is to use the mind spiritually. To fill it with transcendental subject matter. After all we are not void but dynamic spirit and the means of enlightenment is easily gotten by service to the Supreme. Chanting the names of God is the special activity for this age as recommended by the great teachers of spiritual science. Please try it. It is not covered atheism like the impersonalists who want to merge and loose their spiritual identity ,

accept your uniquness and listen to your voice.. its what made beethovens ninth sympohony. or shakespears sonnets or Da Vinci's mona lisa. or the theory of relativity. the greats accepted their uniqueness. they kept in touch with their natural inclinations and attained mastery.
listen to your voice and not these scoundrels who will make that voice disappear in return for a pay check. study more. i am quite knowledgeable on this subject. and i am not posting another comment here. PEACE. :)

  • @sir1920

what you want doesnt have to be a goal. it can be einstien desire to understand the unknown or mozarts desire to write an opera.
doing nothing and just sitting in silence is ok if there is a good reason for it (trying to solve a problem, trying to analyze yourself etc..
but do you have any idea how many people have theory on how to live your life and make it almost into a product to sell to dumbies like Chris Kavanagh (the guy who wrote the comment to me above)??? :)
    trust your indivisuality

  • @sir1920
    @sir1920 10 років тому

ok then why respond to me,?
I do care about the world and life and i am disgusted by how incredibly difficult it is to find "the Path" in today culture.
Do you have any idea how many videos/articles/products there are trying to show people the way?
ALL of them have good points. but most of them are made by people who do not have enough knowledge and concept to give them the right to make them. and they end up (unknowingly) misleading individuals who were on the right path. destroy there spark

"B.S."? I don't think so. You need to do a little research on the effects of Meditation on the brain and body! Hell, John Kabat Zinn has made a career out of it. . .The science is all there, you just need to educate yourself with it.

    this is too slow...
i think life is not about sitting around in silence..
but rather going with all your heart towards what you care about. what you want.
anything apart from that is wasting time. i always get amazed at videos like this and the blind viewers that watch it...
