how do they know the recycle is contaminitaed? if it is they sort it out anyway now all this goes to landfill
when they originally won this contract, they had recycle and brought loads to the recycling center that were less than 50 percent recycling and a good load is 90% or higher. they had to give up on recycling because this is a pretty bad town
Why do they mix recycle, yard waste and garbage into the same truck ?
recycle is almost all just garbage. Also they probably don't separate yard waste to begin with.
