The wall to wall use of teakwood throughout makes the property look beautiful aesthetically but also a bit dark and less airy. Beautiful though it is the prospective owners, no doubt, must be prepared taking a life time commitments in terms of its maintenance to keep it in its current form !!
It looks more like a sauna house.....Being part of interior designing in UAE, I don't feel any positivity and welcoming spirit in this house 🏡 however you keep reiterating about crystals or zen...it's soulless
My goodness! What is the obsession with the lightings? I Loved the view but the interior was overwhelming. The entire house tour gave me a basement vibes. Those heavy dark curtains and those different wooden colors parquetting everywhere was very unpleasant 😩. I wish the agent showed the house with and without the natural lights. You could have made a video with the open curtain and let the viewers see, how it actually looks with natural lightings. You were very much focused on just showing the viewers how much light works has been done into this house that you forgot to showcase the natural lights that comes inside the house. 6 bedrooms was very unnecessary. Living room space could have been bigger instead of extra bedrooms.
