To encourage and cherish the practice of the arts, Bengal Foundation organised the Bengal Sangskriti Utsab, a 10-day cultural festival in Sylhet from February 22 to March 3, 2017. Over 400 poets-writers-singers-musicians-dancers-stage actors-craftspersons-painters performed and engaged in various kinds of programming at the festival, over the ten days.
This rendition of ‍the song "Shono go dakhin hawa...’, by Subir Nandi was performed on stage at the Bengal Sangskriti Utsab, in Sylhet, in 2017.
