It's green because it wasn't a quick wash. More like a drowning. Quick wash is 15 seconds tops, that's including going through the filter which in this case was about 30 min. Longer you leave it in the alcohol, the more shit you extract off the flower.

the quickest a best way in my opinion would been to put the weed in the filter first and then pour the iso on so it immediatly strips the tricoms not the chloro... then a new container repeat again and wash a 2nd time. by the time it goes threw your filter you are at the max time youd want. like every one is saying you had it in the jar shaking to hard and30 seconds there and then another like 1 an half mins in the filter as it was super slow to drain. other option would be a larger form of straining like a cloth so it passes threw much faster not sitting strippin chloro bro. this way might have to filter a few extra times for super clean an golden product.

the idea of 3 minutes is to get the iso out of the bud before it sucks the chlorophyll out. so first freeze bud and iso then keep it cold. do your wash and the your iso out of bud at 3 minutes. should of squeezed that goo slightly into another filter just to get it out of bud asap. then let that filter sit and filter your wash IN THE FREEZER. keep it cold or all your smoking is wax's and crap
@@TubeSpoker actually it's best to use a vacuum pump when you use any solvent. ISO, butane, propane etc. Dont be confused, a vacuum purges the solvent out only, not plant matter. Also if you do the process properly, you can run butane in a matter of minutes. Purging where your time is but like I said, any solvent should be purged. True story...

But im unsure about when it is totally free of alcohol,,,i dont have a vaccuum chamber but ive been bouncing it on and off of the wax warmer i have.it gets to 140 degrees so im watching it closely.any advice?

Niiice rinse quicker 30 sec. Max and run twice you'll get alot less chlorophyll (that green tint)
The main part of quick wash ISO is to freeze the bud and the ISO for 24 hours first. Thats why its green instead of golden
