Lionel does give heavy Eeyore (from Winnie the Pooh) vibes. Super pessimistic, not impressed by anything, not optimistic about many things, and is just waiting for a moment to find something wrong. It's like he's always wanting to sit under black clouds, and conjuring them up even if they're not there. Like he said in the preview to the next episode, if somebody seems like they're too good, somethin be wrong. That's his whole attitude. He's searching for a problem.
He seems like he needs some therapy, and I agree he does seem still infatuated with his ex. It wasn't just that he said he still talks to him, consistently that really sent off warning flags to me, it was that he said, that his ex didn't know he was doing this type of show, he think he doing a different show. It's like why wouldn't you tell him? Why are you trying to hide that from someone you're not longer with? Why do you care that he feels any type of way? And he made it clear that his ex would be bothered ("if he found out he would be like WHAT?")
The crazy thing is he was looking side-eyed with one of the dudes at the mixer that said he had just recently broke up with his ex like 2 months ago (I believe that's what the guy said), but even though it's been 2 years for Lionel, he's still as potentially connected to his ex, as what he felt the dude was at the mixer. Hypocrisy.
Lionel is a Debbie Downer and very draining, girl relax and try to enjoy yourself.
Mike should definitely come back to be one of the bachelors he seems to know exactly what he wants!
I am not a fan of Lionel at all lol. His attitude is annoying af and he seems uninterested in life itself. Why did he sign up to do this? Everything is just so nonchalant like where is the life in you? Why did you ask to see him again Mike? You need somebody more mature.

Mike a responsible man, with a lot of wisdom. He got me when he told his story about his ups and down's, and how he knew he had to work on himself first, before he could even think about putting himself out there. Mike a good man, the realist, and my type of dude. Lionel on the other hand way too negative, boring AF, and he whines and complains about everything. Why is he even on the show? I definitely love the chemistry between Dennis and Lonnie. Both seem to have good heads on their shoulders. Hopefully this could lead to more dates, in the future, and maybe even something on the level of partners in life.

I enjoyed watching Dennis on his date, they had fun and the conversation just flowed. Now Lionel annoyed me a bit when talking about his ex. Although we dnt know Mike outside the show, mike does present himself as a gentleman and for that he has my support, I wish mike would have went with Dennis tbh (dnt hate me)
Lionel is exact reason I think people can’t be friends with there ex. Yes it is possible to have a plutonic relationship with an ex. Is it likely a majority of the time no. Once you have had good ex and bonded with a person it becomes quite hard to move on especially if there In your life. Me personally I would never date anyone who is friends with an ex. Also he just doesn’t seem like he is here for it.

Dennis and Lonnie seem like they'll make good friends or "girlfriends." Nice rap, Lonnie! The romantic chemistry doesn't appear to be there betweenthe two. It seems to be one sided. Lonnie is cute and appears to be sweet, but he gives the "let me check your phone" vibes. I bet that was Kelvin calling while Dennis was on the date with Lonnie. 🤣 Kelvin is entertaining, so it will definitely be good to see him back. He and Lonnie may bring some drama, especially because Lonnie appears to be a bit territorial.
Dennis acted as if Lonnie's shade toward Dee was an issue, but he stays throwing shade at Premier rejecting him.
Mike appears to be very very mature and serious. He doesn't seem to be a person who laughs a lot. Loosen up Mike!

I love Mike, but I don’t think he and Lionel are a good match. Lionel still seems to be in love with his ex, because I noticed the same thing Mike noticed, he got really happy when he spoke about his ex. The fact that they still talk every day, that would be a red flag to me. I’m cool with my exes, but we don’t talk every day.
As for Dennis, at least he seems to be more open to the experience. His standards seem pretty high, but I kind of get it, though. The older we get, we tend to compromise less and less (or is the other way around where we compromise more and more?). Still, I applaud him for giving this experience a fair chance, but next episode-I’m curious to see what happens.
