This is actually a photo from the 60s of a band called The Monkees with a car designed by George Barris, who also designed the 60s Batmobile, the car from Knight Rider, and the vehicles from The Munsters.
No joke, this for me sounds like it could come out of one of the Megaman X4 through X8 games. Some tracks in those games sound so similar to this. Amazing track!
