Di daerah gue klo makan gorengan itu enaknya pake cabe rawit digigit langsung, tp yg ijo karena klo yg merah, bijinya udah agak keras, digiling aja susah. Tp, yg ijo itu harus udah agak tua (hampir masak), pedasnya pas, bijinya juga gak keras, klo yg masih muda, gak pedas. Mau makan ikan atau daging panggang pun, cabe rawitnya digiling sma bawang merah dan putih, gak usah dimasak tinggal taro asam aja, udah enakpake begete.
Big chili is less spicy than the small one. But hell yeah, I'm Indonesian and my hometown is Manado which is well known with spicy delicious food. I use the small chilis which is called rice Chili for it's Spiciness two or three times for every meal. Not spicy means less delicious! 🤣 even when I have my sweet tea or coffee those small chilis are my friend. It's so yummy!

Here's my recipe! That red chili. You need like 5 red chili (just whatever numbers' chili you want to). Cut it into 4 parts. Cook instant noodles. Add egg and all chili parts. Crush the chili parts, it gives more spicy flavour. Serve in bowl. Add chili flakes (in indonesia it called Bon Cabe). I use the level 30 one anw, the highest level. Sometimes you need to add rice just to make sure you're full in one eat.
Philippines also have that kind of chili haha. You think it's small but when you taste it, it is more spicier than the big one~ haha! Don't ever underestimate the South East Asian chilies dude~ 😂

Everyone if u cant eat spicy whether you like to eat spicy or not in Korea or anywhere else, don't ever eat spicy in Indonesia, especially red chili sauce or red chili. Because it's very spicy, because I had the experience of having an exchange student on my campus who used to eat fresh vegetables plus chicken and chili sauce, they weren't strong because they were too spicy.
