After watching game 2, I finally figured out what beats ling, bane, roach, ravager. All you need by the 12 minute mark is: Zealot Stalker Sentry Immortal Disrupter Warp Prism Oracle DT Archon Colossus

@@geuros there’s almost nothing imbalanced about this 13+ year old game. 2-3 years ago I whined in the comments about upgrade costs and unit speeds and blah blah blah. Then I played Overwatch, then I played league of legends, then I played MTG, then I came back. StarCraft 2s competitive scene is more polished and balanced than just about any game out right now. Not saying it’s the best, not saying it’s the most fun. But I do think it’s the most balanced and fair
@@ekothesilent9456 I think it's balanced only in a way that there's nothing really broken and everything can be countered. But I think it's imbalanced in the effort required to perform certain tactics and the effort to deal with them. For example Protoss with maxed out skytoss/disruptor is much easier to use than to deal with. Watching Clem splitting from balls, EMPing, sieging libs and focus firing carriers with vikings is insane, while the user of this army doesn't really do significantly more than a regular ladder GM. Maybe I'm wrong but it feels like the game is not balanced around skill requirements.
So, I was curious, because I haven't seen him in a while, but has HAS retired? I haven't seen my favourite player of all time in a while, and apparently its been 3 months since his last tournament round. If HAS is gone, it is truly the end of an era.
Is it just me or does it feel like Protoss has no real answer for Zerglings barring Colossi? Always seems like Gateway and most Robo units struggle in fights against masses of small units due to lack of DPS. Can't use Storm cause it kills your own army, same with Disruptors. Your own really anti-mass-Zergling unit is Colossi but they're so incredibly fragile, what with a few Corruptors or a single Viper killing 2-3+ of almost uncontested.
I'd say Zerg are doing just fine against toss at the elite level. I think it's fair to say that Solar is not as good as Hero in general. Dark is doing just fine, and Serral is as more or less invincible still.

Archons have bonus bio damage, and does splash. Technically air units can beam them. Dark Templar if no Overseers.
