A two day long, hard, ,tiring job. Well done in the end. Let us wait and see how much the job yielded in terms of lumber, shred, copper, cable, ballasts etc. If Phil is going to sell the lumber, it will be an interesting video of an entirely different portfolio (Lumber resale)

Hi Phil. Yes we all have our crosses to bear. I do understand your frustration with Joe. My husband has been through it with his little brother who’s now deceased. That stump on wheels is pretty cool! How much harder would it have been without Joe? Well you both did a great job! 💖from Sask

Great job. If you cut a little 1 foot plywood square you can use it against the drywall to ply the strapping off.
Facebook marketplace has huge reach. If you put an ad for all that free lumber you'd have a lineup of guys packing all that stuff out for you.
The last ad I posted for free furniture I had all the items gone within a couple hours. Lots of people are looking for free stuff right now.

This Joe guy is a character, wish him all the best. PS: But where are those dope sunglasses?
The amount of wood waste is shocking, but it's normal somehow to be like that, hope the waste yard is recycle this. We need to find a way to reuse those good materials in the future, it's a shame .

It's very nice of you to keep finding work for Joe. You know how he works, but you keep being upset about his being there. That is not good for your health and digestion. Just know what's going to happen and adjust for it. You can't change him by being upset.
