Vincent D’Onofrio should have won an Oscar for his performance as the bug/Edgar guy! They made a cartoon version of this that was based on the comic books and it was awesome with super unique animation and music
A nice casting gag was they brought back D'Onofrio to voice every bug alien that appeared, even though there were pretty much a different character every time.
Great reaction Leia like always, love this movie. Vincent D'Onofrio is probably one of the most underrated actors of our time. From Private Pyle in Full Metal Jacket to Jack Horne in The Magnificent Seven to the alien here. So many actors, even ones like Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt, DiCaprio, etc, are them playing a role. But D'Onofrio is hardly recognizable in his roles once he takes on the character. Chameleon actors are so rare. There are some fun-facts about it. Vincent D'Onofrio taped his knees and ankles to limit his movement and portrait how an alien would have to struggle/learn how to walk and move like a human. the language that the worm aliens serving coffee are speaking is huttese, the language of Jabba the hutt. Will Smith's line about "just be raining Black people in New York" after he jumps onto the tour bus was ad-libbed and kept in the movie by the director. Also, the tall alien meeting with Goldberg in the restaurant was played by Carel Struycken, who played Lurch in the Addams Family movie. Keep up the good work.
Definitely check out Men in Black 2 and 3. Also, check out the movies Rush Hour(1998), Bad Boys(1995), Austin Powers: International Man of Mystery(1997), Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me(1999), Jumanji(1995), and Jurassic Park(1993).
I love the music video for this movie. Which so happens to include "Mikey". My favorite line IN the movie is: "This definitely rates about a 9.0 on my weird shit-o-meter."
Vincent D'Onofrio is indeed a fantastic actor but for a long time he was a bit of a diva. He simply would not do television, claiming that it was beneath him. Somehow, he was persuaded to take on a riveting role in an episode of "Homicide: Life On The Street" called Subway, in which he had been hit by a subway train and could NOT be rescued. The moment the train moved again, he'd die. So he had to go through all of the stages of grief FOR HIMSELF before finally giving permission to move the train. He was nominated for (and should have won) the Emmy.
1 Edgar/Bug = Vincent D'onofrio played Gomer Pyle in "Full Metal Jacket". 2. Tommy Lee Jones' roommate in college was Al Gore. 3. Jones has claimed that he's never had a part that he didn't love and doesn't have a job. Just a hobby that pays very well.🤑🤑 4. "Congratulations Reg........It' a squid".🤣 5. Having a weapon with a recoil like that defeats the purpose of a human using it. (I see what they did there)🧐 6. Tell me this wasn't a fun movie. I dare you.
Classic. Definitely check out Will Smith's "Here Come The Men In Black" video clip and the '97 cartoon. Agent L is super cool in that one.) MiB is based on a real UFO conspiracy theory that was popular in the late 20th century. MiB 2 isn't very good, but 3 gets better. We don't talk about "...International". If you wanna continue with the series, I think it's fine to do it for 3.
We will work our way up to it so for now it’s going to be Duel -> Jaws -> Jurassic Park -> Close Encounters of the Third Kind - > Indiana Jones Trilogy
While I agree that the second one wasn't great, it did have some important plot points that she'll need to understand the importance of the third movie. She should watch them all.

"We're here because you're looking for the best of the best of the best.....sir!!!!!" 💀💀

With honors.

My fave moment was when Michael Jackson appeared - as himself - as an alien. Now that's a sense of humour!

Next, Men in Black 2.
I always forget that the actor who plays Edgar is Vincent Dinofrio he just looks so different I mainly know him for being Kingpin in Daredevil show
And this movie had a free music video after the credits, which for 97' was a good bonus.
4:42 _Parkour!_
I'm loving your reactions! Keep up the great work.
Apparently the reason that the shop owner doesn't react to his talking dog is because he's a robot.

One of the funniest Buddy Cop Sci Fi Action Adventure Comedy films ever made!

Don't forget about the Raccoon.

Imagine Hollywood really tried to make us believe that 'Aliens come to Earth trying to "Make a living"'...What
This movies honesty is impeccable! People, are just like aliens aren't they?
Oh, Duel? Nice! Longtime favorite of mine.
Even though this is a sci fi comedy Edgar the bug gave me nightmares as a kid. Terrified me
I swear I watched this but I don't remember any of it... I guess I should watch it again.
Only Jonah, Burt Gummer and now "K" know what it is like to be eaten whole by their Nemesis and live.
This was a great reaction 🙏🏽💪🏽🇷🇺💯 I love men in black a lot I also always wanted to protect the planet 🌎
Lia dresses stylish.
Wait until you see MIB 2
You look like an absolute BADASS with those shades...
Classic.

Definitely watch 2 and 3. Tommy Lee Jones and Will Smith have great chemistry .
Fun fact: Orion was a Flerken…
If you are watching the big hits of Steven Spielberg, I hope you going to watch Schindler's List. Look forward to that reaction.
We will work our way up to it so for now it’s going to be Duel -> Jaws -> Jurassic Park -> Close Encounters of the Third Kind - > Indiana Jones Trilogy
close encounters of the third kind!!
👍
Leia🤘
Can you watch Eleanor's Secret (2009)

No one at UA-cam haven't watched it.
Awesome reaction/ can you please watch a movie called THE BIG YEAR.
Definitely haven’t watched this in a long time; it didnt age well.
Will smith
Your body language says a lot. You're still beautiful 😅
WOW Leia is breathtakingly beautiful ❤️
Hi Leia hope you are having an great and awesome day ❤
Your cute.
I usually don't mind these types of reactions But she's gotta be in her mid-20s, so why does she sound like a 16 year old in high school😮
Why is that relevant to at all, freak?
Please make her skip 2 & go straight to 3 after, The writing is so cared for in 3 and wraps up the trilogy perfectly 🍿🫶
While I agree that the second one wasn't great, it did have some important plot points that she'll need to understand the importance of the third movie.
She should watch them all.
2's fine. Hella better than MIB International. I'll admit I tend to tear up at the end.
@@Kevin.Costner. 2nd MIB is the best one...
