Subscribed today. When I went to Japan, I brought back 13 different KitKats and other snacks. Box looks good.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I had the flu for a month so I know how crappy it can make you feel. Something that helps me is using a diffuser with Camphor, Eucalyptus, and Lavender essential oils. Don't let any pets you may have into the room while you are using that though. That box looks great, my daughter would absolutely love getting something like this so I'll have to look into it for her!
Hope you feel better soon, maybe try inhaling menthol crystals if you are really congested. X loved the box, the snacks packaging is really cute 🥰

Aww! I do hope that you’ll be feeling better soon! Have you tried doing a nose rince? Nasaline nässköljare are the name in for the product in Sweden. I find that if I use it during a cold or after (etc etc), it helps getting of some of the noses stuffyness…now a warning, if you decides to try it, be sure to lean over a sink. And it might defenitely feel oh so weird while usage…and if the nose feels dry after the nosespray, a little bit of olive oil helps that out :)

@@LunaLily I won't lie and say that it won't feel like it, but haven't drowned at all so does not know that feeling 😅 however, it does startle at least me everytime some of the saltwater goes up through the nose - it is a weeird feeling to say the least🤭

Have you tried menthol oil in a humidifier? It helps open you up!
I haven’t! I try not to use a humidifier because our apartment is already so damp 😂 I have about 5 dehumidifiers in here .. they’re probably not helping me to be honest
Try drinking a hot toddy!! I feel they work best for flu or colds! Almost everyone's hot toddy recipe is different but, as far as ours goes its just warming up some lemon juice, honey, little water, tea and about a shot or 2 of whiskey (depending on the size you make)!!

If you haven't used a neti pot, they are a game changer. The trick to is get the temperature right. You need to use the same bowl or container and the same measured water so that when you figure out the correct time that you heat it in the microwave or on the stove you can consistently have it the right temp. If it is too hot, it is very uncomfortable, if too cold it feels like you are drowning. Use distilled or purified water with it. You are supposed to use a pot full through each nostril. I usually rotated a part of the pot between each nostril. I also blow my nose between each portion of the water rotation. Start off doing it several times a day and then daily for a bit.

A hot steam shower helps clear up chest and throat congestion or a humidifier. Hope you get to feeling well soon. This was a cute box, lots of fun treats. You may have allergies if you have had a cold for a long time and it won't go away. Try a nasal spray like Flonase and an antihistamine like zyzal before bed. I had a cold for a month I couldn't shake and it turned out to be allergies 🤧. A good nasal rinse like nedi med will keep it gone

For sinuses eat something include horseradish and hot sauce do it a couple of times (not in a row spread out over 2 or 3 days) to help clear the sinuses.
Oh really? Haha see my problem is my throat I feel like I need to clear the gunk out of my throat constantly!
@@LunaLily honey and lemon in a tea for you can try hot salt gargles works for some people, a cup of hot water mixed with half teaspoon of table salt. I hope you feel back to your normal self soon.

Maybe some antibiotics or a small dose of steroids. I'm a certified medical assistant in the USA. Please check with a real doctor if you have too. Take care. Btw you didn't sound awful. 💜
