I always respected him his is bit strict but according to me he is checking candidates patience and tolerance which is very important for and ias officer
Knowledge is checked from paper 90 percentage but Checking 10 percentage Confident is more hard.
Yes they deliberately ask complicated and confusing questions to the candidate to see if they're able to tackle and its obvious i think everybody misses their childhood

Pdhte kuch aur hi rehte hain but finally mehnat job k liye alag hi trike ki hoti h alag hi curriculum. And took aega isme take took taken ye teen forms hoti hain. Past me hum took use krte hain. Im not telling this to point out but to corrrct u for future.
