Haven't heard this one before, was hooked within the first 10 seconds, off to give it a go now! Thank you for your wonderful selection of music every week! Best sway to start the week!
@@JessieBlack Yes i noticed that, had to resort back to my training of when i was learning Questa Notte - L. Einaudi, near the end of that there is a passage which has the exact same left hand, right hand, rhythms. Just trying to get the muscle memory to kick in now! 😊
Can you make a tutorial on how to make that sound with Noire and Kontakt? I have Kontakt free and Noire purchased but don't know how to use it. Is it for live recording direct from keyboard and not be imported as midi file? I also saw your DAW is Logic pro, but that isn't available for Windows.
I've never heard of Kodak so I'm no help there 😬 Noire is the sound that you would load in your DAW (Kodak) and would be your instrument choice. I load Noire into Logic and use it for live recording directly in Logic but you could also import a MIDI file into your DAW and set your sound as Noire and use it that way. Think of it as Noire (or any other VST instrument) being confined to your DAW program. You can play live into your DAW through MIDI or import MIDI files and set Noire as the sound, but you have to work in your DAW to use the sound. It's not like I can reverse it and have Noire play through my keyboard or anything, it only plays through my computer when I run it in my DAW. I hope that made some sort of sense and didn't confuse you more 😵💫 There must be UA-cam vids out there on how to load instruments into Kodak that would definitely be able to help you better than I could!
Ah yes, Kontakt. Kontakt will be the plug-in you load into your DAW and then in Kontakt you can load Noire (or any Kontakt instrument). I'm sure there's tutorial videos on how to load Kontakt and how to load instruments into it. Native Instruments might even have some on their website!
I like this one, I will have to add it to my to do list. The very beginning sounds like my roommate’s ringtone
Yes! It’s a fun one to play once you have it down!

Happy practicing!! This one took me abit to learn since the right and left hand have different rhythms but it’s fun to play once you get it! 🥰
