I've played Diablo, Torchlight and Path of Exile... in all honesty I prefer Torchlight over the others. Diablo is kinda over priced and PoE is just to dark and gory for me... Torchlight gets a good mix between cartoony and yet making you feel powerful. But hey, it's up to the buyer which to... well buy.

yes it does it shines with four player co-op but there is split screen coop I just beat the game and I already put 48+ hours in it there is a lot to do in that game the loot is ALWAYS different and you probably wont be the max level by the end of the game you'll most likely need to start a +1 campaign dont worry everything levels with you so its still challenging hope that helps you out

How about Torchlight II's mod support which adds hunders of extra levels, better graphics, more loot, pets, classes, mobs, interface, dungeons and bosses? and how about the 6 player online co-op and moddable 8 player co-op? how about the brilliant pet system which allows you to fight while your pet sells your items for you? how about the unique graphic style that brings both beauty and fun into one package? how about the best skill trees ever? think before you comment.

Runic Games (developer of torchlight) is made up of ex Blizzard North developers (the original diablo devs) who left Blizzard back in early 00's. It even has the same composer who did Diablo's soundtrack. So no it's not a "Copy," it's actually a hell of a lot better "diablo" game then d3 was, built around FUn and looting and not the RMAH where you have to buy loot to have decent gear instead of getting decent drops.
I don't agree... I rather have free online capabilities on a system with better (IMO) exclusives. PS also has had MMOs, which Live has not because of MS wanting to control everything for money. Not a fanboy, just calling it as I see it.

The combat in Diablo 3 feels amazing, by far the best I've ever seen in such a game.
