Thanks for posting this. What a fantastic episode. I was slightly worried what it would be like when they finally returned to our screens, but it was everything I was hoping for, and more. The chemistry is still there, stronger than ever. The acting's wonderful as always. And the characterisation of Ste was so lovely - he was tough and vulnerable at the same time. Brendan was back to being the character that I love - still top dog and awesome, but with that fragility that Ste brings out in him.
this episode has made me so happy it's unreal!!! to think i'm more happy over seeing brendan care for steven again than stuff in my actual life is kinda sad, but i'm stil REALLY happy! thanks for the upload, awesome as always :D
Holy effin shit! My mind just exploded. We get no Stendan for months, and than all of this in one day. As always, Ste and Doug are ridiculously cute together. Ste really needed a supportive, motivating male friend to lean on. Darren's little chat with Ste was so cute. He knows exactly what Ste is feeling. Loved Brendan's teasing of Ste, even though Ste really took it to heart. And OMG Protective Brendan is so freaking hot. He stood up for his man and totally wants him back now. *Swoons*
I loved how Brendan was going to come to Ste's rescue when he saw what Joel did, then thought better of it ... ooooooohhhhhh PLEASE more scenes with Brendan and Ste please!!
Ow! I love Ste soooo much when he's all dreams and hopes up! It reminds me that if you work hard for something, you might end up succeeding sometimes. Wish him big sucess with the shop and with getting Brendan fixed and back to him (because,we all know that's what he wants, only he has been through so much he is super cautious)
gosh, i think i know why I love Ste so much. I mean every other character thats been on this show for years, even tho i know it is kinda the writers fault that things happen to the character yet they dont always tie it back with the present state of the character. Ste is the only character I see that they do this with and it really makes you connect more knowing how he used to be and who is now and still struggling with that. love Ste he really deserve some happiness.
And why does it feels to me like Joel is BB's capricious kid, who has trouble handling that his father wants to re-marry Ste?! I imagined Declan would have reacted à little like that, was he any way near mean, glad he is not tho!

stendan is finally back.....let the games begin. as much as brendan pushed ste away and did him wrong he still cant see anybody step outta line or threathen his man. that last scene in the office and the look on his face was like 'ya i know he cant stand me but i just cant stop loving him'.
1 of the few nice things i saw Daren do was try to cheer up Steven... and it worked. Ok he was supportive 1 time for Craig at the (comming out) "engagment party" almost everyone has thier moments of goodness oh and he was brave in the fire at the Dog

I'm actually jumping on my seat for this beautiful Stendan surprise arrived early on ^_^ BTW regarding Joel, I guess it's because as much dysfunctional this could be, I think he's hanging on BB as a sort of surrogate daddy (yep, I know it's bizarre but still...it's Oaks afterall ;-P), since Warren went in jail & he returned, I guess he wants to have riits in the village plus a career, Brendo is perfect as a dirty mentor then. He's jealous of Ste because Joel felt that he could ruin his balance
didn't even know if emmett was still on the show.they must've heard people are missing seeing brendan and ste.doug is a friend and business partner nothing else as far as i can tell.
I so hope that Joel lets it slip to Ste, that Brendan beat him or whatever and Brendan told him to leave Ste alone. Maybe it'll soften Ste's attitude towards Brendan (I think he still loves him) and I think Brendan, being protective of Ste being beaten up by Joel & Brendan protecting him,- instead of beating Ste up, shows some growth in Brensan's character. Maybe these 2 will eventually realize that if they work out their issues, they can be the loves of each others lives. I so hope....
I've read some spoilers -don't worry I'm not posting them- and the rest of the story is insanely interesting and involving all four of them. Tho you might like Brendan less its still pretty good and I look forward to it. Thanks @emmettscanlanfans you're a star :)

Knew that there would be no action after Brendan came out of prison so have been waiting patiently until I saw the previews for this week and thought here we go! Last I saw of Brendan, I was admiring his beard look, next thing I know it's gone! Anyway *fingers crossed*

Two male characters(one gay, one str8) can be friends. Not a problem. Everyone is rooting for Doug & Ste becaue we just want someone new for Ste besides Brendan. As for JP, he was str8 in the beginning and realized his true sexuality while dating Hannah. The only characters (past & present) who came to the show as gay/bi are Brendan and Chris. Also the guy Chris dated, Ruvi Roy, started as str8.
Finally, I have been missing Brendan going all postal on anybody that misses with his Steven. Starting to hate Joel, looking a little to much like the old foxie. Loved that Ste is trying hard to do something without Brendan and for his kids. Love it can't wait for more.
yes, but they are still different charcaters it's not that we love all the good characters and hate all the bad ones. there are good characters that are really boring and bad characters that are really interesting that's why unless you I don't find ironic that people who like brendan dislike joel I think it's pretty normal

Can't turn a str8 into gay? Are you kidding me? In period of 3 to 4 years the writers made 4 str8 people gay: John Paul, Craig, Sarah, and Stephen. Making the str8 characters gay depends on the direction the writers want to take the story. With this show, any str8 person today can be written as gay tomorrow. So Doug becoming gay is not as ridiculous as you think.

FINALLY SOME SORT OF STENDAN STORYLINE(?) gosh it was nice to see brendan stand up for ste.
Brendan clearly loves Steven, and wants to protect him, and even though they are not together, the only person that touches Steven is him.
i know Brendan love Steve and he will always love him. i love them so much. i want them to get married.
