Trey was absolutely the right and best choice. He totally understood what they were trying to achieve, He was never in any way trying to duplicate Jerry, musically he has the patience and passion. Jerry I believe would have picked Trey himself
K2mbs trey was arrested in 2006 for drugs...he's drug use had kinda lead to phish breakup in 2004..but thank goodness he got arrested cause trey got sober after that and phish got back together in 09 and the rest is history
Bobby made him sing because he was screaming over Lesh's extremely loud volume and was losing his voice. Pick the book Fare Thee Well if you haven't read it already. It's excellent! I'm about to read Parish's book!
