where to find the realme app you talking about?
Is it ok that it goes on sleep mode after the magnets attatch? Doss it affect the battery? Is there need to switch it off manually at the end of the day?
No the magnets are the on and off switch themselves

Bro, when you review a product esp one which is similar to an recent / old model, you should mention features added / dropped / reduced in new one. Also, you mention that many features in Realme Link App support for Realme Buds Wireless 3 Neo is "not supported / dropped" but didn't mention which ones. Seems this one and older Wireless 3 model have same support on the App. Also, Bluetooth 5.4 isn't a major upgrade from BT 5.3 available on Wireless 3 model, so don't expect any major changes in BT connectivity (not even higher playback time). Finally, in your reviews pls don't mention what's already available in website of product for people to read. Mention what's not mentioned. E.g. I had bought Wireless 3 model recently and noticed on tag on product as well as User Manual that input power is only 5V/1A while product supports "fast charging" as per Realme website product page. "Fast charging" support usually means we can charge it with 5V/2A charger. My old Oppo Enco M32 supported Fast Charging and I could charge it with my 5V/2A charger in just 35 minutes. As per Realme website this Neo model takes 2 hours to charge fully (0% to 100%) which is too long. IMO, Realme should have provided 5V/2A charging support on both Wireless 3 and Neo models. Don't know what's input power for this new Neo model as you have also not mentioned it.
