One disaster-whether a fire or market crash-and everything you’ve built can be gone. That’s what’s happening in LA right now. People who thought they were safe are starting over, and it’s heartbreaking.
I know. A friend of mine lost everything in the fire. No insurance, no backup plan. She's starting from scratch. It really shows how important it is to be prepared for the unexpected.
Exactly. That’s why I’m grateful I worked with Thomas F. Chrysler. He helped me diversify before things got crazy. My portfolio’s solid, even with everything happening in LA. It’s all about preparation.
Wait, you work with Thomas too? He told me, “Resilience is about being prepared to rebuild, not just survive.” That advice saved me. I’m not panicking like everyone else. My funds are secure.

This is what the officials, a.k.a. ball and Newsom hope for - that the rain will make such a mess and mudslides that whole hillside will disappear. They are all about destruction, not about rebuilding. The mayor needs to let those people onto their properties so they can clear themselves.can they funnel the runoff to some reservoirs?
Sunny, but not perfect if it leads to fire then mudslides. A little bit more rain throughout the year so everything isn’t such a fire hazard would be perfect.
