●40g sugar
●8g salt
●240g milk (2egg + milk = 360g )
●400g bread flour (type 700)
●80-100g cake flour (type 700)
●40g butter
●7g yeast

●2-3 slices bacon
●1/2 onion

●80g block cheese
Raisin&Cinnamon
●70g raisins
●some cinnamon powder
