It’s interesting on how many of the major characters in “hell” are sympathetic characters, likable, even, and the characters we’ve seen representing ‘Heaven’ have all been essentially entitled jerks and assholes… Kinda’ makes you think ‘Heaven’ might be hiding something and not be as ‘perfect’ as it’s presented in the ‘promotional brochures’ (Bible/Torah/Koran)… But what do I know? The scene from "Loo Loo Land" where Robo Fizz is walking towards Blitz while on fire sure hits differently now. It's so great to see Blitzø and Fizz patch things up. And I have to say, Fizz and Ozzie are just adorable together. Almost as much as Moxie and Millie. This was definitely the best episode so far.

Also, I love how even Ozzie, the embodiment of lust, stresses the importance of consent. Similar to how important Indulgence for fun and not as a coping mechanism is for Bee.

So now it's confirmed: the white patches of skin on an Imp are scar tissue. Fizz is COVERED in burns and we see Blitz covering the right side of his face AFTER the explosion.
I already knew that before this episode, an artist (or was it viv?) responded to the question and confirmed they were scars, so thats the biggest reason I suspected fire seeing how badly scarred both Blitz and Fizz were!
What if Striker had somehow killed Fizz after the two had run away from the crumbling building? Like blowing up the car, straight up shooting him where they stood, or just coming back to hold Blitz down as he watches Fizz burn infront of him again... We finally see why Fizz's body is so robotic, and also a huge part of why Blitz deeply hates himself. I really hope this is the first step on Blitz's path to self-forgiveness, and towards him and Stolas becoming like Ozzy and Fizz.
Fizz basically suffered an “Anakin” level injury, the white patches on Imps are now confirmed as scar tissue, and Fizz’s entire face is white except for where his clown nose was… must have been agonizing! :(
In the original video, at 17:37 or at at 16:12 in this video the smile Blitzø had was the exact same one I see in him whenever he stalks M&M because of how wholesome they are, and seeing Fizz find that kind of happiness cause his known Moxxie so long he obviously saw him meet Millie and how the two fell for eachother and eventually tying the knot so Blitzø witnessed true love blossom before his eyes and that's why his so obsessed with them cause he secretly starves that kind of love and following them gives him the high of their relationship without the hurt that comes with it cause he fears that kind of intimacy from his past scarred relationships but seeing his old friend who's one of those scars having found the same kind of happiness is slowly healing his shattered heart. I fear the *O.F.* _(OzzieFizzi)_ have just got a new stalker wink wink
Another little detail that I realized, that a lot of people missed: Asmodius just *played the message* from Fizz with Stolas in the room, and before it comes up, he gives a cocky little smile. I think Asmodius was going to reveal to Stolas that he loved Fizz at that point, knowing Stolas was in a similar boat. After all, assuming he hadn't been kidnapped, a voice message from Fizz probably would've been lovey-dovey; he would think it was for Ozzy's eyes only. So by showing Stolas the video, he could potentially "accidentally" let him know about his love for Fizz, to gauge his reaction and, depending on how it went, either lie about it or let Stolas know affection for imps isn't something he actually hates. However, his plans got sidetracked by the, you know... kidnapping. Also, during the fire from Blitz's side of things, you can see him mouth the word "Mom..." when he looks at the tent nearby that bursts into flames. So yeah, he lost his mom and didn't help Fizz because he ran off immediately to try and help her.

This episode is officially my favourite Helluva Boss episode ever! I love that Blitz finally got to reconnect with Fizz, Ozzie's and Fizz's realationship is just adorable! I love those two! I really love that this showed that stolas is actively trying to correct the power imbalance in his relationship with Blitzø. He’s never been in a proper relationship before so it’s telling that he’s now aware that having that power over blitzø automatically makes it impossible for the relationship to grow and be healthy
The amount of trust the Ozzie and Fizz must have for one another is crazy. Ozzie doesn't care about what people think and just wants to be with him and Fizz loves him enough to not only go out alone but for Ozzie to see him without his horns. He always wears his hat but not when sleeping with Ozzie. They are my new obsession.

We found out about his past and got him talking about Stolas. The way he was talking about Stolas made me think he really does have some feelings for him. He's just so convinced that no-one could ever really love him that he's sure Stolas must just be messing with him. 4.) Who is the "they" that Blitz and Fizz were talking about?
I think it probably started as Blitzø thinking that nobody could love him, and so the royal thing was his explanation to why Stolas was “pretending to care” from his perspective.

Stolas KNOWS Blitz feels trapped in their current situation (Blitz needs Stolas’ book in order to do his work, thus creating a relationship based on need rather than want). Giving Blitz a crystal removes his need for Stolas, so they can base any relationship on wanting to be with each other rather than obligation. Stolas wants to set Blitz FREE, giving him a choice to stay with him or go. Which will really put Blitz onto the question of if he can accept Stolas’ love for him.

So many questions were answered in this episode, so many theory’s were proven correct, relationships were built and the animation was AMAZING this is my all time favorite episode
I have a personal, possibly a bit cracked, headcanon: That satisfied grin by Stolas when Fizz returned on his own? 's'cause he somehow caught a glimpse of Blitzo-or heard a brief snippet of his voice in the background, or something-at some point during the ransom call, and all that bullshit with reading the contracts was secretly him buying time for Blitzy to save the day.
Fun fact. When Stolas sees the huge pile of paper the subtitles say something like “Excited bird noises”! Also. The “FIZZ!” That Blitz yells out when he goes to save Fizz is probably the most *frightened* we’ve ever heard him. And it gets to me.
There was laughing, crying, raging, haymish squishing, and a full on gollum impression over the lore. That's a lot of emotional boxes to check through for one episode. You all good? XD
I think this might be my favourite episode of the season so far. Not only do we get a ton of really interesting story, a look into how Fizz and Asmodeus are when the main characters aren't around, and a lot of great interactions between Fizz and Blitz, but things actually go well for once. I'm honestly pleasantly surprised something finally went well for Blitz without any last second drawbacks. That smile he had when he and Fizz hugged was so cute, too

This is probably the best episode we've gotten this season. Also I know that there's been a theory for a while now that Blitzo burned down his family's circus but actually seeing it still hits.
This episode is probably my favorite in the series. Blitz gets to patch up with Fizz with an honest, simple no bullshit conversation and no distracting gags. The animation was incredible in every scene!!! Fizz and Oz were the definition of adorable! And it seriously can't be overstated that the sin of lust in hell flat out says consent is king!!!!! The sin of lust only believes in consenual sex and a healthy chase!!!! Yeah we need more characters like this!!!!!
This episode and reaction were so freaking sweet and wholesome, especially your reaction to your gf's text 🥰. I just wished, and hope it still does, there is a resolution to Stolas and Blitz's relationship in some way (get back together, just be friends, etc.)

This is definitely my favorite episode of Season 2, maybe even the entire series! Fizzy and Ozzie's relationship is so wholesome and I could not get enough of it! Also I find it hilarious and a bit ironic that Ozzy (the embodiment of lust) not only cares about consent but has one of the healthiest relationships we've seen on screen so far. This might be a hot take but I think I like seeing them together slightly more than Moxxie and Milly. Don't get me wrong, they're great too but whenever Fizzy and Ozzie are together, I'm just left wanting more of them being together!
Looking back, it was'nt Ozzy who trash'd on Stolas for dating an Imp, it was a Side Character. Asmodeus was more mocking him for ruining his Picture Perfect Family himself with a lower ranked Demon.
I love Stolitz and Ozzirolli (Ozzie and Fizz, it's not an official name but wthever) Ozzirolli both love each other and are not afraid to show it. They know there's a barrier between them but they don't care. While Stolitz they are afraid to show their love and very much care of the barrier between them. Stolitz they both love each other, it's made very clear, but they're to scared to show. That's why I love both of these ships, can't wait to see both of their relationships develop! :)
I bet Blitz and Barbie’s dad was the reason Blitz thought that Fizz didn’t want to see him and that no one told Fizz that he came. Also, he was probably the one who made Fizzarolli believe Blitz was jealous of him and wanted the spotlight for himself. Can’t have his kid ‘ruin’ his chance to make money off of Fizz’s talent! *punts Cash into the nearest volcano*
That means that once he gives Blitzø the ability to go between realms freely that he won’t need Stolas anymore. So it becomes a question of if he still sticks around or not which will tell Stolas if he actually feels the same.
Asmodeus was not against Stola's relationship with Blitzø in episode 7 season 1. Rather, he was thrilled that he sacrificed his life for lust. The bartender's vocal performance was that he was sleeping with an imp. As seen at the beginning, Asmodeus always had to live up to his reputation as the embodiment of lust. Pure lust without any feeling... and what will the inhabitants of hell say if he suddenly finds himself in a committed relationship? This weakens his position. The fact that it is an Imp could at most lead to gossip among the Ars Goetia, since Asmodeus comes from the family on the one hand and, on the other hand, condemns this relationship to lower ranking people. Just snobs. As you can see from Charlie Magne and Beelzebub, no one usually has a problem with dating below their rank.

If you look close enough you’ll see that Blitzo was actually gonna give Fizz a love letter but he back out last minute. Inadvertently causing the fire and explosion; Blitzo still kinda has a crush on Fizz when he asks if they’d kill the moment if they made out.

Honestly I love it. As a writer, I really appreciate all they've done to build up this world. Also, Ozzie and Fizz absolutely echo a pair of my characters, in many ways. Notable size differential, one MUCH more powerful than the other, but doting and protective, and with people working under him that he's not afraid to threaten when it comes to his love.
It's only on the screen for a few frames, but the card Blitz's dad gives Fizz says "Wish you were my real son." As usual HB is awesome, and fun, and then rips the effing rug out from under us with the reveal that an accident in a moment of anger blew Fizz up and killed Blitz's mom. And suddenly we understand their tiff, but also the 15 years of complete and utter self hatred that has twisted Blitz into who he is. Someone who feels he doesn't deserve love or kindness from others. So much that he blinds himself to it when it's staring him in the face. It was also nice to have validation on what so many of us were saying for so long about his trauma and the reason he puts on the asshole persona so strongly. Why he's so desperate for love and yet craps on it whenever he almost has it.

I thought Blitz and Stolas were the same age? If Fizz and Blitz were teens in the accident 15 years ago- wouldn’t that imply Stolas had Octavia REALLY young since she’s almost 18 now? And Stella also said that Stolas didn’t like touching her so he was forced into that
Stolas is 36 years old and Blitzo is 33 years old. Doing the math, Blitzo was 18 at the time of the fire and Stolas 21. Octavia was already 2 years old at the time. It means that Stolas was 19 years old when he had Octavia.
I do like how they have Asmodeus, the embodiment of lust, recognize the importance of consent. In the same way they have Bee, the embodiment of gluttony, recognize the danger of using consumption as a coping mechanism. That's a nice little touch.
Honestly this might be my favorite episode of the whole series! It is expertly crafted, it has everything I love about the show, the lore, the comedy, the tragedy, the wholesomeness, and cool action and a crap top of characters yet without the episode feeling disjointed! I love it! Heck it's such a stark contrast to the previous episode which honestly might be my least favorite of the whole show

Cherubs, the episode with the little angel guys did have some really good comedy which does elevate it for me and makes up for its shortcomings, and I personally found the execution of Exes and Oohs to be pretty darn good and having a good balance of the elements we like in this show. Unhappy campers though is just kind of a letdown on several fronts and not really having any aspect that's particularly strong to elevate it. Not a bad episode but just a tad subpar compared to the others
Something I noticed: When they were watching the fireworks in LA, Loona asked what they were, and Blitz said "My acting career." And then his clown career ended with fireworks blowing everything up.
I just noticed with this reaction that the only place in Fizz face is not burned is the red dot over his mouth because there it was the clown nose someone gave him just before the explosion.
I had that realisation too. Blitz relies on stolas for his Grimoire, but if blitz has the crystal what'll happen between them? 😢 Anyway 😅, at least blitz and fizz are on good terms. I hope we see more of them, and Ozzy

Come to think of it, ozzie and fizz are probably one of the few non-toxic relationships in the show other than moxxie and millie and vortex and queen bee
I just know Fizz and Blitzø are gonna have an amazing dynamic going forwards, hopefully Fizz helps him see Stolas does actually genuinely love him
I really love that this showed that stolas is actively trying to correct the power imbalance in his relationship with Blitzø. He’s never been in a proper relationship before so it’s telling that he’s now aware that having that power over blitzø automatically makes it impossible for the relationship to grow and be healthy
The amount of trust the Ozzie and Fizz must have for one another is crazy. Ozzie doesn't care about what people think and just wants to be with him and Fizz loves him enough to not only go out alone but for Ozzie to see him without his horns. He always wears his hat but not when sleeping with Ozzie.
They are my new obsession.

3.)I thought this episode was amazing. We got some real unguarded Blitz moments and that is amazing. We found out about his past and got him talking about Stolas. The way he was talking about Stolas made me think he really does have some feelings for him. He's just so convinced that no-one could ever really love him that he's sure Stolas must just be messing with him.

Stolas KNOWS Blitz feels trapped in their current situation (Blitz needs Stolas’ book in order to do his work, thus creating a relationship based on need rather than want). Giving Blitz a crystal removes his need for Stolas, so they can base any relationship on wanting to be with each other rather than obligation.
Stolas wants to set Blitz FREE, giving him a choice to stay with him or go. Which will really put Blitz onto the question of if he can accept Stolas’ love for him.

I have a personal, possibly a bit cracked, headcanon: That satisfied grin by Stolas when Fizz returned on his own? 's'cause he somehow caught a glimpse of Blitzo-or heard a brief snippet of his voice in the background, or something-at some point during the ransom call, and all that bullshit with reading the contracts was secretly him buying time for Blitzy to save the day.
Fun fact. When Stolas sees the huge pile of paper the subtitles say something like “Excited bird noises”!
Also. The “FIZZ!” That Blitz yells out when he goes to save Fizz is probably the most *frightened* we’ve ever heard him. And it gets to me.
There was laughing, crying, raging, haymish squishing, and a full on gollum impression over the lore. That's a lot of emotional boxes to check through for one episode. You all good? XD

I think this might be my favourite episode of the season so far. Not only do we get a ton of really interesting story, a look into how Fizz and Asmodeus are when the main characters aren't around, and a lot of great interactions between Fizz and Blitz, but things actually go well for once. I'm honestly pleasantly surprised something finally went well for Blitz without any last second drawbacks. That smile he had when he and Fizz hugged was so cute, too
Just finished watching your girlfriend's reaction to this, and the fact you both compare ya'lls relationship to Fizz and Ozzie as well as both pick the same character representations is so FUCKING adorable.
I loved this episode. Fizz has been my favourite character since he was introduced and his relationship with ozzie seems to be tied with M&Ms with being the healthiest.

This is probably the best episode we've gotten this season. Also I know that there's been a theory for a while now that Blitzo burned down his family's circus but actually seeing it still hits.
This episode is probably my favorite in the series. Blitz gets to patch up with Fizz with an honest, simple no bullshit conversation and no distracting gags. The animation was incredible in every scene!!! Fizz and Oz were the definition of adorable! And it seriously can't be overstated that the sin of lust in hell flat out says consent is king!!!!! The sin of lust only believes in consenual sex and a healthy chase!!!! Yeah we need more characters like this!!!!!

This is definitely my favorite episode of Season 2, maybe even the entire series! Fizzy and Ozzie's relationship is so wholesome and I could not get enough of it! Also I find it hilarious and a bit ironic that Ozzy (the embodiment of lust) not only cares about consent but has one of the healthiest relationships we've seen on screen so far.
This might be a hot take but I think I like seeing them together slightly more than Moxxie and Milly. Don't get me wrong, they're great too but whenever Fizzy and Ozzie are together, I'm just left wanting more of them being together!

I love Stolitz and Ozzirolli (Ozzie and Fizz, it's not an official name but wthever) Ozzirolli both love each other and are not afraid to show it. They know there's a barrier between them but they don't care. While Stolitz they are afraid to show their love and very much care of the barrier between them. Stolitz they both love each other, it's made very clear, but they're to scared to show. That's why I love both of these ships, can't wait to see both of their relationships develop! :)
Also, majorly surprised Blitz didn’t try harder to kill Striker after what he did to Stolas.

That means that once he gives Blitzø the ability to go between realms freely that he won’t need Stolas anymore. So it becomes a question of if he still sticks around or not which will tell Stolas if he actually feels the same.

Asmodeus was not against Stola's relationship with Blitzø in episode 7 season 1. Rather, he was thrilled that he sacrificed his life for lust.
The bartender's vocal performance was that he was sleeping with an imp.
As seen at the beginning, Asmodeus always had to live up to his reputation as the embodiment of lust.
Pure lust without any feeling... and what will the inhabitants of hell say if he suddenly finds himself in a committed relationship?
This weakens his position.
The fact that it is an Imp could at most lead to gossip among the Ars Goetia, since Asmodeus comes from the family on the one hand and, on the other hand, condemns this relationship to lower ranking people. Just snobs.
As you can see from Charlie Magne and Beelzebub, no one usually has a problem with dating below their rank.
This was my fave season 2 episode. So much progress!!

Ozzie and Stolas were already hinted to be on amicable terms back in season 2 episode 4 when we saw the latter’s text to Blitzo.

If you look close enough you’ll see that Blitzo was actually gonna give Fizz a love letter but he back out last minute. Inadvertently causing the fire and explosion; Blitzo still kinda has a crush on Fizz when he asks if they’d kill the moment if they made out.

Honestly I love it. As a writer, I really appreciate all they've done to build up this world. Also, Ozzie and Fizz absolutely echo a pair of my characters, in many ways. Notable size differential, one MUCH more powerful than the other, but doting and protective, and with people working under him that he's not afraid to threaten when it comes to his love.

It's only on the screen for a few frames, but the card Blitz's dad gives Fizz says "Wish you were my real son."
As usual HB is awesome, and fun, and then rips the effing rug out from under us with the reveal that an accident in a moment of anger blew Fizz up and killed Blitz's mom. And suddenly we understand their tiff, but also the 15 years of complete and utter self hatred that has twisted Blitz into who he is. Someone who feels he doesn't deserve love or kindness from others. So much that he blinds himself to it when it's staring him in the face.
It was also nice to have validation on what so many of us were saying for so long about his trauma and the reason he puts on the asshole persona so strongly. Why he's so desperate for love and yet craps on it whenever he almost has it.

I thought Blitz and Stolas were the same age? If Fizz and Blitz were teens in the accident 15 years ago- wouldn’t that imply Stolas had Octavia REALLY young since she’s almost 18 now? And Stella also said that Stolas didn’t like touching her so he was forced into that
Stolas is 36 years old and Blitzo is 33 years old. Doing the math, Blitzo was 18 at the time of the fire and Stolas 21. Octavia was already 2 years old at the time. It means that Stolas was 19 years old when he had Octavia.

I do like how they have Asmodeus, the embodiment of lust, recognize the importance of consent. In the same way they have Bee, the embodiment of gluttony, recognize the danger of using consumption as a coping mechanism. That's a nice little touch.

Honestly this might be my favorite episode of the whole series! It is expertly crafted, it has everything I love about the show, the lore, the comedy, the tragedy, the wholesomeness, and cool action and a crap top of characters yet without the episode feeling disjointed! I love it! Heck it's such a stark contrast to the previous episode which honestly might be my least favorite of the whole show
Last episode was the worst? I still think that distinction belongs to the angel episode of s1
Or the Moxxie dad episode, cuz it wasted its potential.

Cherubs, the episode with the little angel guys did have some really good comedy which does elevate it for me and makes up for its shortcomings, and I personally found the execution of Exes and Oohs to be pretty darn good and having a good balance of the elements we like in this show. Unhappy campers though is just kind of a letdown on several fronts and not really having any aspect that's particularly strong to elevate it. Not a bad episode but just a tad subpar compared to the others

Something I noticed: When they were watching the fireworks in LA, Loona asked what they were, and Blitz said "My acting career."
And then his clown career ended with fireworks blowing everything up.
I just noticed with this reaction that the only place in Fizz face is not burned is the red dot over his mouth because there it was the clown nose someone gave him just before the explosion.
I had that realisation too.
Blitz relies on stolas for his Grimoire, but if blitz has the crystal what'll happen between them? 😢
