- The 2013 Woodstock Fruit Festival was a massive success! With 592 attendees on the opening day and over 600 showing up for the rest of the week; the event rose to a legendary level of fun and excitement for all. Here is our event summary recap.

Just a note: George said "Eating this way makes us more peaceful, more loving, more sharing..." I think it is more like peaceful, loving, sharing people (may choose to) eat this way. I've been eating this way for years and I am no more peaceful, loving, or sharing that I was before I started it, nor do I feel all that much better. I just do it because I do since nature seemed to have it figured out. Festivals always make people happy. They always made me happy, no matter what the reason for the gathering or what I consumed. Peace.

It is so sad about the Harley and Freelee thing. I understand that you and your wife are close to them. The thing that I think is bad about moving them from being pioneers is that this whole thing gets played out in public. I think it should be private because those of us who are new to the movement have difficulty understanding all this.

“During my many trips to Sri Lanka I have purchased some incredible sapphires,” says Michael Arnstein. The incredible sapphires Mr. Arnstein is referring to include the crown jewel of The Natural Sapphire Company, a 69.35 carat intensely colored untreated oval-cut sapphire that Mr. Arnstein purchased in December of 2006. “When I originally purchased the sapphire in Ratnapura, Sri Lanka it weighed 80 carats, having been cut from a 129ct crystal in 1952. However, in order to make a finer stone, we recut the sapphire to create more symmetry, as well as increase the light return, thus improving its pure untreated blue color.”

Some people hate what is term new age because they refuse to change WHY to object to higher vibration ?
I respect Mr. Arnstein as great athlete and businessman but selling fruitarianism blindly as a panacea, mixed with all that spiritual and New age cancer, is plain sad and irresponsible.
I'm disappointed in your decision to remove Freelee and Harley as pioneers, yet keep another person that uses gads of nuts (high fat) in her recipes. I will be more impressed by your strict regimen if you ever win Western States.
Will you comment on the Keto ultra runners? I see that some of them are doing some pretty impressive things.
I'm saving up for this as we speak. It just looks like the best place in the world. Tons of fresh fruit, vegetables and the people all seem amazing, talented and of course like-minded. I don't think I would want to leave!
The weird thing is that I had previously seen some of Oz Pearlman's magic videos, and I watched the fruitarian separately. I was shocked to see him on one of your videos a while back. Small world I guess.
