The blonde girl at the beginning, auditioning with Ann, was Terri Garr. She did a couple of other small roles on That Girl. Her mother, Phyllis Garr, was in charge of the costumes on That Girl. Her name appears in the show's credits. Don't blink, or you will miss it.

@@David-yw2lv I believe Sid Melton appeared on The Danny Thomas Dhow, and also on The Dick Van Dyke Show, where he played a delicatessen owner, who fell crazy in love with man-crazy Sally Rogers. Sadly, Sally was not crazy about him.

Given Sid Caesar's real-life struggles with alcohol- and sleeping pill addiction (which he was possibly still battling when this was filmed ca. 1968) this episode gives me an unsettling vibe.
