I used to do wall workouts years ago when I was a member of a gym. This workout was much more challenging than I expected. I loved it though! It’s so different and it’s a good one to save for vacations. Thank you Michelle!

Love this workout. I (along with lots of other people 😂) am trying to make a fresh exercise start in January and wanted to get going with exercise every day. Running every day seems a bit daunting at the moment so I wanted to try something new. This class is simple, within grasp of most people and is challenging if you want it to be. Love it. Thanks!
