For the small vegetable markets, most likely need to pay cash. Can you describe your cashing up strategy for having enough cash on hand but not too much to prevent being targeted by a thief? Also am I mis-assuming that one could pay with credit card at the supermarket?

Yup they Credit card at the grocery or supermarket. However the local market/ palengke only takes cash.

Cash is the king and we prefer cash. We just carry enough for our day spend when we out.

We never left important stuff(money/phone) at the beach (world) , we carry they into waterproof bag.

I never heard anybody getting ill from buying meat from meat market . theyve been doing possibly for centuries all throughout the world.our ancestors never experienced supermarket lifestyle as there were none then .if people get sick from them , hospitals will be jammed by patients!

11:40 The best place for getting certified as scuba diver in the Philippines is actually a place you were very long.. Dauin, near Dumaguete.. They have some of the best and highest ranked scuba divers there.. Paul or some of your other friends there should introduce you to Justin from Critter Republic, his life story is really really interesting too :)
