Thank you for listing each component and describing in simple terms the function of each individual component :D Helps tremendously! Specially when there are so many ones available.
Hi, Ben. Thanks for your comment. I'm glad to hear our video tutorial was useful. If you want to promote events online, you’ll need a way to display them effectively. We also have a detailed tutorial that shows you how to create WooCommerce events and show them off - How to Create a WooCommerce Events Page (With or Without an Events Plugin) barn2.co.uk/woocommerce-events/ . Let me know if you have any questions. You can also get in touch with us via our Support Center barn2.co.uk/support-center/ . Best regards and keep safe,
thank you ... you saved me i think 1000 000 hours of online research since WordPress is drowning in plugins :P thanks again + i like how clear you present it all
Interesting question! You could do this by using the Events Calendar plugins with the Password Protected Categories plugin (barn2.co.uk/wordpress-plugins/password-protected-categories/), which lets you create categories of events and/or tickets and password protect them. This will hide them from the public areas of your website so that only people with the correct password can see them.
Forum WordPress theme is a perfect choice if you want to create a community, help-center or social network specifically designed to make the most out of BuddyPress and has also totally redesigned bbPress so it now looks like a traditional forum visualmodo.com/theme/forum-wordpress-theme/ 📰🎟️📞🔖📢
I purchased your course and I am looking forward to taking it soon (I have to set up a training events calendar). My client wants Square or Strip as a payment gateway instead of PayPal. I was wondering how those two integrate with woocommerce and also with QBs.
Stripe is really easy to integrate with WooCommerce instead of PayPal. There's a free official Stripe plugin which you can get from woocommerce.com/products/stripe. QuickBooks is slightly trickier to set up but there is a plugin that integrates it with WooCommerce which we have used for some of our web design clients - see woocommerce.com/products/quickbooks-pro-cloud-cart-connector. The plugin works well and the developers were very supportive in helping us to set it up to automatically create a QuickBooks invoice for every new order.
Hi Tony, the plugin has options to add extra fields to the event page before you add a ticket to your cart - not the checkout. This is better because it lets people add information specific to each event, which is more useful if they are buying tickets for several events in a single order.
Excellent video! Do you know if Woocommerce has a plugin that will integrate QuickBooks? Also, I am interested in taking your course. I don't suppose there is support for that (it's really not expected)?
Hi Eglen, we use this plugin for one of our clients, to automatically create a QuickBooks invoice when a WooCommerce order is placed - woocommerce.com/products/quickbooks-pro-cloud-cart-connector. This will work with 'ticket' orders from The Events Calendar. The course doesn't come with support as such, but I will reply to any basic questions and point you in the right direction.
Hi i need a plugin which create and manage event tickets from front end of our wordpress so if you have any plugin so please let me know in comment Thank you
Hi, I don't think there are any plugins designed to do this. The closest I can think of is to use Gravity Forms, which you can use to add a 'Create ticket' or 'Add Event' form to the front end of your website. You can use Gravity Forms to automatically create a post/product/ticket/event in WordPress whenever someone submits a form. You might still need to do some bespoke development to map all the form fields correctly, and link the event with the ticket - but this is a good starting point.
Hi Tony, here's a link to the course www.udemy.com/course-event-bookings-website-wordpress/?couponCode=BARN2MEDIA. That page includes full details of the different lectures of the course and exactly what it covers.
Thanks. I've taken Udemy classes before. Since I already have a website, I am really looking for a comprehensive tutorial on setting up the Event Tickets Plus plugin. Does your course cover this?
Hi Tony, yes the course goes through how to set up Event Tickets Plus in detail. It covers the overall setup and how to add and manage tickets, and also extra tips such as how to improve your website to get more bookings.

yes it does ... checked it out and i like it ^^
hello pretty...is there an option to use private and public tickets ?

Great video! Do you know if you can add custom fields on checkout with the Events Ticket plus?? Something like food choices, seating preferences, etc?

Great video. But it would be more helpful to have a visual demo video rather than just text guidelines.
