- This past weekend we took a trip to the Shipshewana card show. This show is ran by our friends over at @bee_sports on Instagram. They do a FANTASTIC job with this show! Outside of the national, this is the only other show we have set up at this year. Saturday was a day full of BUYING! We were able to buy tons of cool stuff including multiple value boxes. Ry continuing to be the 1st Class Ambassador to the sports card hobby. No one out-works him. He's always eager to share his vast knowledge on the hobby to anyone who asks. His negotiation skills are fair and to the point. Honestly, the hobby is lucky to have him. Keep inspiring others bro!

these videos motivate me so much i have only been into cards for maybe two years and what ive been doing is hitting the value boxes turning quarters into dollars and ones into fives and its awesome to find these videos its almost like conformation that what i have been doing will work if i put the work in

No other way to say it, you really are one of the most, if not the most down to earth person in the community. Watching your videos and how you take time to interact with fans whether you’re card searching or not, it’s awesome to see. People should watch and strive to be just like you man. Love the dollar box deals. I got lucky at the Amvets card show on High st in Columbus, Ohio. I got a Garland Mosaic Genesis rc and Genesis Debut plus a Brandon Clarke Mosaic Genesis rc all 3 for 15.00. All were in the 5.00 box. I also got 3-4 vet Genesis for 5.00 each. Patrick Ewing was the best of the vets. I made over 400.00 profit. I gave the old man 60.00 that sold them to me. Just good karma. Ryan I will never forget the day you were there and I bought the Donruss retail boxes that contain 1 autograph. The guy had 6. I bought 4 and left the 2 for you. I’m pretty sure you pulled the redemption Kobe Bryant auto out of your box. If I would of just bought them all. Lol.

I've been to the flea market many times had no idea there was a card show as well.
I’m in nw Ohio. Can’t wait to visit your shop next time I’m in Columbus! I’m trying to get all my old stuff ready for a show. Hoping Shipshewana since it’s not too far from me. You feel the best way to sell the bulk cards is the 3 for $1? And maybe $1 or $2 boxes? Do you move a lot that way? I’m buried in some bulk and want to clean it up.
Man you get a lot of love brother! You must be doing something right! I do exactly what you do without the store! We do 1 million a year on ebay in mostly hockey we collect all sports! Our pc is about as good as it gets! Just wanted to say what's up!

Just depends if we fly or travel. Most of time it's empty boxes to store what we buy.

Just depends. For us it comes down to how quickly can we recoup the $$ we spend.

Just curious if you sometimes feels you get better deals because you’re popular in the sports card scene. You’re obviously a great person to deal with and fair but still lmk!
I honestly don’t think he has to answer that. It’s pretty obvious he gets better deals because he is well known in the sports card community. He gets deals that most people won’t get. I’m a fan of this channel but I do have to admit that.
I think i get opportunities to buy collections, but not sure it’s fair to say in getting free discounts because I am “who i am”. I think people see we spend cash & are easy. No headaches, no IOUs, just easy and simple deals. I’ve said it 100 times & will always say it … peace of mind means something. No one in this hobby is looking for a headache, especially on a decent sized lot… that’s where i think we can do well.
Cash talks, no matter who you are. Negotiation skills help too but in the end, the seller either accepts the deal or not..
All of the modern stuff gives me a headache. lol

@@cardcollector2 just so much of it and every table is full of it. Just hope the market doesn't crash like it did in the early 90's when people were losing their shirts on the modern stuff. I know guys at work busting boxes and boxes of this stuff with not much to show for. It worries me knowing they could have put it into vintage which doesn't go down like the modern cards do. Definitely different, and not something I’m sure I’ll ever get used to. Humbling for sure someone would want me to sign a card for them!
get a kick how you always say you aren't too keen on buying something or that you are not dying for it -- of course a ploy to get the seller to give you a much lower price than the stuff is actually worth
If that’s what you truly believe, my channel is not for you. I welcome you anytime to our shop to see our back stock. I have enough inventory to last us 6 months + listing on eBay. A good deal is only good when it’s sold. Can’t buy every single good deal and let it sit for months. If you think it’s a ploy, that’s on you but I’m sorry for you feel that way.
