My cousin is a traveling nurse and she was sent to Florida to fight the covid crisis. To say US doesn’t talk about covid is an understatement, FLORIDA doesn’t talk about covid because of their current government, they choose to put their heads in the sand when it comes to COVID. My cousin sees first hand the deaths and hospitals at compacity as we speak in Florida. When covid first happened, Even as other states were locking down, Florida tried to ignore the problem until they couldn’t ignore it anymore. I think we’re all with you when you say we just want normal back. Stay safe guys.

The brown path in Liberty Square is actually where they had cobblestones but the parade vehicles cannot go over cobblestones so they replaced it with the cement path with small rocks to represent cobblestones.
You guys missed out on the sprinkles, they aren’t as small as you think, the red velvet, banana are so good

Hello from California! The tiki room is my moms favorite, while we’re all doing space mountain and thunder mountain she goes to the tiki room, she said it reminds her of her child hood trips to Disneyland
You’re correct about toilets in Frontierland (they wouldn’t be in keeping with historical setting of that land). Liberty Tree Tavern also has toilets, but to maintain the “no toilets in Frontierland” you have to go upstairs and along a corridor which the imagineers/keys to the kingdom guides say that technically places you outside liberty square and no longer in Frontierland.
I'm so glad you guys are having fun. 1 thing about Florida rain, is it comes & goes so quickly. They used to tk about the Corona virus alot but people stopped listening...I personally don't listen to any of it..

The car park at Gunwharf Quays (designer outlet) in Portsmouth, UK uses the red and green light system to show spaces, it has done for many years. Not just in USA.
The Tesco car park in St Stephens (Hull) has that red/green light system above the car spaces!
I can remember the Tiki Room (though I think it had a different name at the time) from when I went to Disney World decades ago. I’m sure it’s been updated, but I do remember the songs.
When you are trying to locate a car with a radio transmitter key point it down to the ground where there is water puddles as it extend its range and you can find the car quicker.

There is a Gideon’s bakehouse (original location) at East End Market. Worth trying if you’re out and much less crowded than Disney Springs! Also, had the best steak sandwich at Hinckleys Meat next door. A little expensive but worth it!
Hey guys. I get it...don't talk about "Rona" so we can enjoy ourselves. But please don't act like nothing is happening. Florida's economy is tourism and the elderly. That's it. So of course they don't talk about "Rona" when their focus is on fun. FL is a "Rona" hotspot right now as a result. But what is interesting is the governor made a decision to only count Florida residents in their COVID numbers, even though a large portion of the people sick are from other areas in the US and other countries. Keep doing what you're doing with your masks, because that's what keeping you safe. It sure isn't any policies the Governor of FL is doing.
Oh we certainly never act like rona isn't a thing. But we have come from the UK where cases are a lots worse than florida. So it's nice being in Florida where things aren't quite as bad and people don't talk about it all the time. We have had 2 years of lockdowns and not seeing people in the UK. So we're enjoying being safe but having more freedom
Florida cases are declining (along with the rest of the country) and the current version of the virus is much less virulent. I think we cam all enjoy these blogs without hearing about the virus. I imagine most people are enjoying their videos more so because they are sick of hearing about the virus from every which way. Besides that DeSantos has done an amazing job these past two years. Florida has done much better than many states when it comes to hospital deaths which is surprising since Florida has such a large elderly population.
Wow the USA pumps is much better they should do that in UK, as my daughter can never get a straight £10 or £20 it's always over by 2p, or 2p that's a much better way to do it

Heading out myself in 12 days looking forward to this trip more than any in the past as its gonna be a special experience for the kids and grandparents, my parents took me during the 25th anniversary so now they can take the grandkids for the 50th, but my god the stress with all the requirements for flying is turning me grey. Also is it weird that I'm really looking forward to picking the car should have something in the Suburban size range.

Just wondering guys are the lines extending outside the attractions due to social distancing and covid because I've never known the ride queues / lines to be that far outside the attractions.

Sprinkles is a bit overrated, but personally I prefer their gluten free (my husband can't eat gluten) or vegan ones. They do sell mini cupcakes and ones for dogs too 😂 but I think you might have been looking at the chocolate bars they sell in the boxes.
