He is accompanied by Suresh Talwalkar on tabla, Sudhir Nayak on harmonium, Aditya Khandwe and Pandurang Deokar on tanpura.

Yes, I think it comes in a gliding ascent from komal nishad to Sa. Beautiful when used sparingly, as in the case of Vivadi swaras
