The word "Roux" is actually French. It's very popular in Louisiana and New Orleans. That part of down South. Cajun and creole cuisines. My family is creole (African, French, Spanish, and Native American) We are French, Indian and black! Basically I grew up on using roux in our dishes. Also, it's the base for creating an awesome Seafood Gumbo (My Favorite) 😋😋
Agreed. Why do these midday shows bother having a cooking segment when the host looks bored shitless and fidgety when the cook/chef tries to make conversation.
CANNOT SEE WHAT WAS BEING DONE. POSITION YOUR CAMERA TO FOCUSS ON THE FOOD AND/OR THE PREPARATIONS NOT EVERYTHING ELSE. TOO BAD! GREAT RECIPE BUT NOT VISIBLE.
Looks delicious, next new recipe try-out, but! won't eat that after seeing that lady constantly toying with the whisk and then straight into the roux - eew!😝
Video 10:03 minutes long Actual video time of cooking probably 4:00 minutes long Host and Chef raving on about pointless shit 6:00 minutes long Not being able to see what's been cooked cause they're too cheap to buy a overhead camera... P R I C L E S S 😂 Better Living People
What is the host doing there... Literally and otherwise. She doesn't focus on him, keep looking at the crew as if someone's cueing her in how she looks like in certain angle. Her non interest in the chef and him doing his stuff is so obvious. She's acting as if she's rushing to a party soon after that show is off... No wonder she's not famous.
I liked how she picked up her papers and went all Anchorman. I don't wish to be mean though, this would literally be me if I had to host a show. I can just about make Chowder on my own in my kitchen !! let alone remember what camera I need to look into.
I really enjoy looking at the side of the pan.
Geo Patriarca 😂😂😂
hahahahaha

can't see what you cook. camera should be positioned higher to show what's cooking
Really what is Clam Nectar and we’re do you get it. . .
Oooooo...love it...candid camera or candid recipe?..
Great recipe. Thanks for a great video. Chef is real handsome.
one of the worst hosts / camera work in years lol
Agreed. Why do these midday shows bother having a cooking segment when the host looks bored shitless and fidgety when the cook/chef tries to make conversation.
Agreed, she’s no interest what so ever.
Looks like she’s bored and doesn’t want to be there.
She could at least pretend.
I wish they'd do a little less talking and blowing smoke up their butts and get on with the recipe.
Where is the recipe
not bad ill give it a go
Great,
they obviously couldn't afford an overhead camera
Looks good but your camera angle into the pan is horrible. Can barely see what's going on as you cook.

I'd mix it up with black AND green mussels.HELLO ?
The chef is fine
Wow!!! Talk about dialing for dollars!!! My mom might be impressed, and i'm 70!! Next up, Mr Clean Commercial.
Bacon is cheating. Recipe: take some bacon, done.

So it is chicken showder? Use fish stock!
So this is what blind feels like 🧐
You are so likeable!!
Was this a real tv show? Or a fake? If the girl is the host she’s failing hard . Brutal show
The caméra is rrally bad situated. I dont wanna see the cooking tools. I wanna see the reciep !

Mussel isn't even cooked when he plated up
Awesome chowder, horrible camera angles... I may try the chowder today
Sorry guys but why are you using chicken stock?! Bacon is bad enough for pescatarians......
What a couple of jackasses. Absolutely horrible.
Unfortunately unhealthy ! HUGE artery clogger. Cut back on the butter and add maybe some olive oil, hemp oil ?
she blows good !! BTW, the most runny "chowder" ever.....pls brown your bacon first
That female host looks so un-authentic; watch her eyes looking at camera workers, directors... not present in the conversation at all.
Well that was a waste of time admiring his cookware. Didn't see no food. Grrr....

All shit talk . Can’t see nothing in the pan
Gosh you talk too much.
We can't see what you are cooking, what's wrong with this show???!!!!
no good video
he speaking and no see what he doing
This lady is terrible
LOL, I notice that she has that spatula or blender tool and putting her hands all over it, and I'm sure her hands weren't clean! Unsanitary!
