Can't believe they didn't mention Chronicle. Such a gem of a film, and the first one I saw with him. He was great in it; I knew he'd make it big someday.
I'm not gonna lie and say that I called him to get big like I did Chloe moretz when I saw her on my name is earl.. Michael did stand out in a cast full of heavy hitters and that says allot..
@@Gabriel-br4qe It's cause you know there are a whole lot of actual Wallace's out there in the ghetto's. David Simon doesn't create fiction out of thin air. It's always realistic and relatable.
trying to pay attention to his beautiful sentiments about each of his pieces of art while not getting distracted by how he is about to bust out of his suit
Watched fruitvale station when it came out haven’t watched it since but I was touched and Michael B Jordan has been my favorite actor since and I’ve watched every project he’s been on since
Michael B. Jordan is a male pinnacle for young men of this generation. He's a man who is centered, has a good head on his shoulders, is self-actualized and pursues his potential, has found his purpose and works hard to share it with the world, has obtained status but remains humble, keeps himself in great physical shape, gets women but doesn't center his world around them, and honors his parents. It's why women love him, and men respect him. So men.... Be like Michael.
The death of Wallace still hits me today. I remember me and a friend telling each other we will see the actor again when he was killed off... now he is a superstar!
Michael is quite the talent in his own right, but he has such a Denzel vibe. They both exude such humbleness and charisma. Michael’s star just keeps on rising. I very much admire how he’s honed his craft and maintaining such humility throughout his journey. Looking forward to his next project.✨🌟✨
He does not date women like you or me. It's his preference tho. All blackmen state that when they don't. I wonder why, but they count on our dollars to make a living. I bet the women that he prefers won't and don't support.
How can he forget one of my favorite movie Hardball he was Jamal. "My momma said I can play I just wanna play". "Nice way of using ur head Jamal". I love this man
You forget his award winning role, as a Co-star to the great B-Fresh and a part of the dynamic duo that took the basketball world by storm, Justice Young, FRESH SQUEEZE ORANGE JUUIIIICE.
Can't believe they didn't mention Chronicle. Such a gem of a film, and the first one I saw with him. He was great in it; I knew he'd make it big someday.
same!!
Me too. Then I saw hardball first tho but I didn’t realize he was in that until got older. I was like “Jamal”😂

I LOOOVE that movie. .that's where my love for him started I was hopeful he wasn't really gone
ok
200 Boom👊🏾
Even though he was a kid, his acting was so good in the wire.
some kids CAN act. most of them aren't American, though. he was phenomenal in The Wire, as were all the other child actors
the wire is the perfect series
I'm not gonna lie and say that I called him to get big like I did Chloe moretz when I saw her on my name is earl.. Michael did stand out in a cast full of heavy hitters and that says allot..
His portrayal of Erik Killmonger was one of the best parts of the Black Panther film.
Agreed
She should not have killed him off.
best part* easily. and he was the real black panther

Lol I think we all have tbh
Wasn't he also one of kids in Hardball?
He was also in Farhrenheit 451.
Aww, his mom cried on set when they filmed his death on The Wire. I would cry too even if my child was acting out a death scene,.
I've watched the wire back to back 3 times I think and never put it together that it was him in it!
not to mention it's a very well acted death scene, it feels so real
@@Gabriel-br4qe most of the death scenes in that show felt real

I cried when I saw that scene too. It was heartbreaking. Kid had heart

Yeah but what about me? I want your attention too. I want beautiful women to drool over me..... WHAT ABOUT MEEEEEE
@@tylercouture216 no need to be so hostile. The suit does look tight af in his shoulders and biceps. Might be how he is sitting though.
@mr tamw u got on his mmm roast beef 🥩 🤣🤣
He was in NBC’s Parenthood (as Alex) he was so freaking good in that role.
he was also in All My Children as well

No Chronicles or Hardball?! Those movies were underrated gems.
Dude has been in two of the top 3 shows of all times! Sopranos and The Wire. Massive respect.
Wallace getting killed broke my heart... Still does

How about the Chronicle ??? That was an amazing movie

I was hoping he’d talk about hardball
Kin, Creed II, Fahrenheit 451...
Christopher Williamson he was in Fahrenheit 451?

I still cannot bring myself to watch it for the first time.
Where's Chronicle?? Such a freaking good movie. He was great in it as well

This is exactly what I was thinking lol
OMG I never realized he was in hardball lmaooo
He probably forgot since it was so long ago lol.

His role in Apollo is also my favourite
He is so fine...

Michelle Barrett that was a rumor. He debunked it in an interview.
Lovely Ni name the last time last name you seen him with an black women
Yup Cup this year. He dated several women this year. Cindy Bruna and Kiki Layne are both black and he dated both of them this year.
4:53 this is the first Michael B Jordan movie I watched.
You know you’ve made it Michael when you’re on Vanity Fair’s Career Timeline series 😂👌🏼
more like vogue. vanity ain't had prestige since the late aughts.
Michael is still a very young actor. I am sure he will get more roles in the future that will be iconic as the ones he has done already.
I’m mad that they skipped over and didn’t even mention chronicle
I discovered him through Chronicle, too bad it didn't make the cut in this vid.
Forgot about that movie, really underrated.
His death in that movie is so sad😪 he was only trying to help
He Is An Exceptional Actor In My Opinion. One Of The Best To Me.
At this point I would watch him in anything at anytime 😍😍😂
KC DREAMER for real
This dude can really say he was on arguably two of the best shows ever made
His role on The Wire was heartbreaking man. Poor little kid.

His last scene in “The Wire” was heartbreaking 😢
So we're just gonna skip over "Reggie Montgomery" on "All My Children??"
Right that's what I was looking for
Only real ones know about Reggie lol
it sucks to know he replaced chadwick in that role. it also exposed that shady shyt going on.
Jen J what are you talking about ?
iNews Michael replaced Chadwick as Reggie on All My Children
Michael B Jordan is a fantastic actor he loves his acting that's part of his career acting
What a fine man
Michael B, Jordan are the best actor of all time
Human Torch = Poor Acting
Killmonger = Best Acting
Creed = Great Acting
Fantastic 4 had a horrible script, very cringe
chronicle was literally the first movie i seen him star in
Haven’t watched anything else of his besides The Wire. Wallace was played beyond perfectly
I first remember MBJ, when he was on All My Children, as the character Reggie. He played Erica Kane's stepson.
Yep!!!! All My Children. He was young young then…and held his own too.
How can he forget one of my favorite movie Hardball he was Jamal. "My momma said I can play I just wanna play". "Nice way of using ur head Jamal". I love this man
who would've though the kid with braids (The Wire) was gonna grow up to be a star. Mad respect
He has a small yet mighty career.
Honestly, dudes like yeah first thing I did was the sapranos. Lol. One of the coolest things he's able to say.
Not to exaggerate but I love him 🥺
They forgot hardball but MBJ my favorite actor and ima get my body to look like his
