Animated Short - Paintful Feelings

Every one of us at some point in life has to deal with strong emotions. Feelings are the brightest joy and the most painful suffering. What matters the most, is the way how do we deal with them. Emotions make our life brighter, or they turn it into a disaster. Blocking the feelings, especially the strongest ones, is dangerous for mental and physical health, and can dramatically decrease the quality of life, and put life “on pause”.
This is a story of a recent widow who is knowingly avoiding the memories of her beloved husband, to protect herself from the shock of his death. She is locking herself in a house and is avoiding everyone. However, her denial is weighing her down and making life even harder, at some point impossible. The only way for her to move on is to learn to accept grief.
