Story: Sharn, and the rescued children have cheered as Mara Jade purged the entire City of Zentrix from the influence of Zann Consortium. Tyber Zann, Urai Fen and Silri, leaders of the Zann Consortium are not impressed by the failed battle performances their troops showed against our heroes. After hearing every detail about the recent events from Mara Jade, Sharn joins her and the two head for San Francisco to find Diane Ardant and that with her help tell United Planets Federation about the evil that has infected Earth. But, Silri finds them and battle ensues in which Silri proves challenging to both Sharn and Mara. Will they manage to hold their own against a powerful and violent member of the nearly extinct Nighsisters?
Gameplay: In the second three stages, which are medium, a new color is added, purple. New power-ups you'll get to use are Star Bug, which can pierce through the bugs, Fast Forward, which will fill up level-up bar but will slightly accelerate moovement of the bugs, and Ballistic Bugs, which allows you to launch bugs into the air to reach over the top of other bugs, very good for dealing with rows of bugs, but very bad for scoring Gap Shot bonuses. At the end of the first two stages of each backyard, you must complete a bonus level in which you must free all the bugs before the time runs out.
