- Following a Nigerian youth corper's claim of being defrauded 250,000 Naira by a fake agent in Lugbe, Abuja, the house owner, his sister, and the accused agent appeared on Brekete Family Live to address the allegations.

There's a danger in leaving a house key available to anyone and the caretaker is not even around when people are entering for maintenance or other things. Someone could've easily entered and destroyed the property.

Yes because Consultant Iyke seems to be intimidating this days when asking questions to he sincere, I sometimes get tired when he's handleling cases this days, Our ordinary president don't do this as we all know.
Not only an agent number should be available for enquiries and again some people might not have confidence to face a lot of people not to talk of live program, he shouldn't be intimidating them when maybe their words are not clear, not every innocent person's have boldness to explain their self.

Everyone is not aware of tenancy agreement and contractual obligations.
Rental agreements are signed after payment. He should have asked for the owner of the property before payment. At times, the agents received payments on behalf of the landlord as instructed. They both have faults.
Singing a lease..a house in a village setting? To balance up the money I told him to go and get the full keys and a agreement form for me ,which he told me okay and despair with my 250k
