I took the first step and ordered the book. I have been married for 40+ years to a man that broke our vows and was lustful for most of it. I have forgiven him yet it has changed how I feel about him. We have decided to live together and are just friends. It isn't the way I pictured marriage yet this is the way it is right now. Please no judgemental comments.... 😊

My husband is not there emotionally. He watches TV and games every time he's home with me. He doesn't look at me and refuses to talk about anything just seems like he doesn't care or love me anymore. I don't feel like I have a partner for any decisions. I feel like I'm trying, but he's not. I thinking our relationship is over bc he has already decided I'm not important. I'm not sure how to proceed. Counsel has not seemed to help us. I don't think he values our marriage but he doesn't mention divorce but I'm so frustrated. Help

Sweetheart, I am in the exact same boat. He works hard and I thought that I was the only one suffering through it. We have been married for 15 yrs the problems started happening about 4 years ago I think. Thank gosh I have my 2 girls because without them I don't think I would have made it this long. Just try and stick it out😢❤
I heard a scripturely concerning episode today of "Focus on the Family " the topic was a book called Beloved Unbeliever I think, the Bible says "Be NOT UNEQUIVOCALLY YOKED with a Non- believer" so if a woman or Man is a believer and OBEDIENT to GODS infallible Word there would not be need of this book. Now if You'd married a believer who later transgressed or backside then there's another situation. I'd first seek counseling etc. Prayer, but if the situation with the backsides spouse exacerbates then disisions may need to be made for one's peace and spiritual safety 🙏
