The same applies to Sotheby becoming a strong healer *today* and even better for the poison team tomorrow if you're going to build her anyway. It's not that resonating characters isn't important, it's that everyone is doing it like the resources are unlimited - which they aren't. This game requires a fair amount of planning ahead because you actually use very few characters: You should carefully consider who your actual long term investments are before going past R5 or so on them, since that takes the same materials used to craft for I3 (eg. R7 Melania takes 5 of the two-headed skellies that you need 18 of for Sotheby's I3 crafting). If you're totally F2P and want to build a very strong poison team, 40 days might seem like a long time but it really isn't. Between emptying the event store, farming for I3 and resonating the characters, you don't have too much time left.
Most people don't upgrade resonance because it's strictly timegated. In almost every game, timegated currencies are basically one of the rarest currencies you can get. It's really just like upgrading psychubes. You look at the extra mats needed, but that's not the point. Dissonance and cacophonies are the limiting factors. And those are independent of stamina. You should treat resonance as outside of the stamina system and plan accordingly too. There's a lot of them now, but it'll dry up if you keep using them the same way you use dust and sharpodonties
I think you are bringing something up thats important but not quite right at the same time. Deciding to invest in a character requires planning. What you are saying is people don't raise resonance because its a limiting factor so they raise level and insight instead on multiple characters? (even those they don't use but just for fun?) If we are working from the perspective someone investing in insight on a unit has made a conscious decision to utilize the unit for good then they should raise the resonance especially considering the points made in the video. I feel like what you are driving at is equivalent to saying someone shouldn't spend money on something they are spending time on since they don't have a lot of money. Instead we should look at it from the perspective of being smart about what are the important things to you (in this case which unit) and spend both money and time while juggling optimization that just like what i have provided in this video for units in the game.
What i did wrong is that I spread to too many character. Now I want to level up resonance but I dont have that stone anymore, the only way to get it is to wait for limbo reset...
One thing to point out with the UTTU shop, unlike the puppy coin one, it requires zero stamina, so in that regard you may get more from that time period than you do from the puppy coin period because you effectively have somewhere close to double stamina.
That is indeed true but i did a quick calc on the efficiency and it seems by clearing 540k dust at 1.8x efficiency, we would only be able to get 300k dust farming it regularly. Hence, you could consider it 240k free by clearing shop while uttu doesn't provide close to that not to mention the other mats/coins/etc

Got my P5 Bkorn to R10 and i3 and my Sotheby sitting at p0 i3 r10. So far only leaving both of them at i3 and waiting for tooth fairy and changeling because I love poison team. 🔥💯
Between R5 and R7 is a good jump in stats but not as high as R7 to R10 where you ll notice the jump on DPS units and their dmg. For supports I believe Psychube lvls > Resonate in terms of best stat gain, since Psychube upgrading is technically free and easier than resonance, especially if you have BP and bough lvl 20-30 gift packs.

Do not res everyone. In the long run res mats are rarer. Instead go from 1 to 9/10 , then start working on next. Having many unfinished res 2-8 is bad, you'll feel that in future. Actually you'll probably have more I3 than res 10, so res very carefully.

L5 resonance is relatively cheap and there is not much concern when it comes to dissonance even in the longer run especially with the weekly rewards. The main bottleneck is 6-9/10 with cacophony which is always going to be a problem. As for leveling units without resonance, i disagree with doing so. Not leveling resonance for units you are planning to utilize is kinda counterintuitive. Instead focusing on both levels and resonance on units you want should be the approach imo.

They also did res 5 many heroes (cos it looks cheap), but it's actually not cheap in the long run. You can combine those "cheap" mats into cacophony and have more res 9/10. If you look at their accounts, resonate mats are much harder to get than lvl/insight mats, so eventually you'll still be lvling up heroes without resonate.

Balloon party heals based on lost hp and is OP precisely because of this but needs you to know how low u can get. Of course with better psycubes your max hp is higher hence your lost hp potentially can be higher
As a noob the dust requirements seem insane? I see no way to get a decent amount of dust per day. Like 3000 from island then notning butnweekly quest and summon results in dust it seems? Like wtf.. how im supposed to level to even beat the first hard boss.. 😢 open my wallet for $500 summons to level a couple heroes?

I am stuck at the 5-2 trash bags since my healers aren't upgraded but it's fine I don't want to lose my sanity by tyring it again and again and after getting Melania I am now low on funds so can I skip tooth fairy?

Brief cacophany is quite limited idk which id do, should i craft some from the small one?, its what stopping me resonating some characters to 7
Crafting them will not be a mistake but do keep around 30-50 of those small ones so u can resonate new units u wanna use
