The most important thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different sources of income that doesn't depend on the government. Especially with the current economic crisis around the word. This is still a good time to invest in various stocks gold, silver and digital currencies.

You're right! If you are not conversant with the markets, I'd advise you to get some kind of advice or assistance from a financial/investing coach. I diversified my $450K portfolio across various market with the aid of an investment advisor and I've been able to generate a little bit above $1.2m in net profit across high dividend yield stocks, Etf and bonds this red season. For me, its themost ideal way to jump into the market these days

I've seen those on travel trailers. They slide in for travel and out when parked. I think they are called "Tip outs" or "Slide outs" depending on how the work. I had a mobile home that was similar except the extensions are attached after the home is set up on the site in a more permanent style. Mine almost doubled the size of the living room which was real nice.

I saw a shelving unit with computer desk that could be left as is on the table and when you pull the Murphy Bed down all the things on the desk stay put and untouched. You really do need as much room in these beasts as possible, IMO.

When I was little my parents bought a used pop up camper when I was almost 6 years old and my sister was 4 years old. We used it for camping which was very fun. Even took a lot of camping trips in it. One summer we did camped almost the whole summer one year. I even had celebrated my 7th birthday while camping. We had that camper till early 90’s when my parents sold it to a friend’s daughter’s family. My parents had friends that stayed in the camper during the 1980’s for a week at this one campground that we used to stayed at before my parents built our vacation home on. We knew the owners of the campground for a long time. My father did set up the camper up at the campsite before that person or family came up to stayed in. Even my parents set up the camper in the driveway for my sister to sleep in during the summer. I even did spent a night in the camper, too. We even took our 1st cat camping once. He was a pain for my father. The cat was always outside catching mice during that trip. We never ever took our 2nd cat camping. He would have been a good cat in camping.

Yeah, but what they fail to tell you is that, you have to find a place to legally park them. You can't assume that you can park anywhere, even in the places where they're allowed to park is not always free. If you already own land then it's a win win. BTW, some of the RV/MH parks only let you park there overnight or vice versa. There are recurring fees also, such as insurance and were not talking about simple car or truck insurance. Then there's the waste from your MH/RV, I suggest you read into that a little more. There's a lot more to it than just traveling or deciding to live out of a MH. There's a lot of Pros and Cons. My biggest advice is, I really hope that you love the person that's going to live with you in the MH. Just imagine the Pandemic all over again. I hope I didn't scare you, I'm just being cautious. Oh and remember different states different rules.

There are next to no options for people who live with a disability, especially if you use a wheelchair. We are not thought about when things like this are designed. People with disabilities like going on holiday as much as a non-disabled person does. If these places do make something it usually ends up being financially out of reach for most people with a disability, as the price is usually way more than something made for abled-bodied people. It is discriminatory. I can drive with hand controls, but I don't have a car because it's not just about purchasing a car etc. You also have to add on the price of modifications so it's driveable & usable. Depending on your disability depends on what cars are suitable & what modifications you need. A $40,000 car for a able-bodied person, turns out to be $40,000 + Modification costs, in total could end up costing $100,000. It's the same problem with caravans etc. To these businesses, having a disability is like someone saying it's for a "Wedding". Prices automatically increase. I'd love to have a car of my own, but what I can & want to do for work I can't do without a car, so I can't work. I'd love to travel with an accessible caravan or motor home. Accessible accommodation is either expensive, very few & far between, or non-existent. Caravan Parks don't even have accessible caravans to rent.
I am paraplegic & use a wheelchair ♿️. I'd love to work with car & motor home companies to work on some Decent options for people like me. An abled-bodied person doing these things without consulting people with disabilities is not the same, as they see things from a very different perspective. I can't do graphic drawing, so I'd need someone to help me in that department. People like me want to be able to see what we want to see whether is be by ourselves, with someone else, with family, or with a support worker. I get tired of waiting for someone to always take me where I want & need to go. I want to be able to drive my car, I don't want my car to drive me. Making everything automated is deskilling people. But for some disabled people it would help the be independent & go where they want to go without having to wait for someone or a taxi to take them.
